My first bed arrived damaged on the headboard most likely from shipping but their customer service was excellent and quick to send me a whole new replacement since they didn’t have just extra headboards. overall it was super easy to assemble. i had switched from a loft bed which took hours to put it together, but this bed was done within an hour. there is a gap ad mentioned in another review at the end of the bed, but if you have a multiple blankets on your bed it won’t be very noticeable. overall i’d give this like a 3.8- 4 stars out of 5, nice for price though and simple

The bed frame was easy to build but it will take some time. One of the headboards was cracked upon opening the package. However, I was able to make it work so it's not noticeable. We purchased this bedframe to fit the queen size memory foam mattress. It fits perfectly.

My son wanted a bigger bed went with this one bc he said he wanted one like this all his life (16 ) Kmsl ! Anyway he assembled it by him self and did it all within 30 minutes very sturdy also. When I purchased the next size up for my youngest it’ll be the same bed!!!

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this bed for our Airbnb. The bed frame is sturdy but the headboard quality is terrible. It rattles!! Not to mention there are no finishes or covers for the screws. Looks cheap. We already put it together and will deal with it. Kind of an inconvenience to have to take it apart a this point.
