Gave two stars based on the following review about quality and customer service. I purchased this product late May 2020. About 2 weeks later I was able to put it together and place it in my small dining area! Great table, LOVE the color, size, etc. However, about 2-3 weeks later my family and I were having dinner and my 12 year old son was in one of the chairs when suddenly one of the legs just fell off!! He was literally just sitting there eating, not moving around or being rambunctious, just sitting still enjoying dinner. I emailed the company a few days later telling them what had happened and asked what I needed to do to receive either a whole new chair or a leg that was pre-drilled correctly. Very quick response (maybe an hour or so) from the seller who was extremely nice! She apologized for the inconvenience and simply asked if I would send her some photos of the broken leg and chair and then she would let me know how it would be handled. I immediately snapped some pictures and attached them in the email and thanked her accordingly. It has been a month and and I have yet to receive a response. I do not understand why this seller's customer service is available if they’re not going to “service the customer” I do not recommend this product because of poor customer service, who seems to not communicate entirely with customers. It is a great little table for small spaces, however I do need all 4 chairs to be fully functioning, not just the 3 I currently have now.

The table itself is beautiful in color and just like the picture. The wood is also scratch resistant which is great for little ones. Two of four of my chairs wobble which is annoying if your ok hard wood floor. I'm on carpet so it doesn't matter but there's nothing I can do to fix it. All in all it is very easy and simple to put together no man's help needed!

I love this table but had issues putting one chair together. Everythig was going quick. I was surprised until I got to the last chair. The back would not line up. No idea why. It’s was like the hole with the dowel in it was in the wrong place! I had to chip away at the holes in order to get the screws in place. It’s still not right but it’s not used. I only needed 3 chairs so it’s ok. Very frustrating though. Took me a very long time in the end to put it all together. Other then that the set is beautiful! Bought plastic chair covers for the seats though. Didn’t want my kids staining them up.

I have been looking for a table , that fits in small spaces ! I love this table , it is sturdy and very functional! The only complaint I had , was one of the on predrilled holes weren’t lined up , making it difficult to get the bolts in . My husband was able to fix this issue ! So just a minor inconvenience at the least . Well worth the money , I felt like we found a budget friendly table that fits into small spaces very well ! On a side note I reached out to the company , they were efficient and quickly responded back to me. To me this definitely a selling point , would purchase again .

First off, be aware that the table and chairs may come as separate shipments. I had my table delivered FedEx and thought that they hadn't sent the chairs. The chairs arrived about an hour later on a separate FedEx truck. At that point I had already reached out to the seller and although there wasn't really an issue to resolve they were quick to respond to my concern. The set itself is better than I expected for the price. I found this same set on another site for nearly twice as much. Assembly was really simple and the quality is great. I was impressed with the packaging, especially the hardware. If you are looking for a simple dining set for a small area, this is perfect.

Good sturdy chairs, easy to assemble. Table is pretty sturdy. Only complaint is that for the price, I was expecting a better quality. The corner of the table was chipped when I opened the box, and the trim is peeling off. The table top is not solid wood, but press board and veneer and scratches and scuffs very easily.

Great size for my small kitchen. Excellent price at the time I bought it too and great seller. Docked one star for craftsmanship as have two wobbly chairs, but that will be corrected with strategically placing furniture pads on bottom feet that are uneven. I can’t comment on ease in assembly as the crew who did my kitchen reno put it together. :)

This Dining set is absolutely beautiful! I have received so many compliments! I bought the light grey set. My friend assembled it for me in a short amount of time with no issues whatsoever. The seller knows good customer service! There were a few issues with delivery but the seller adjusted the price and was on top of the situation. I highly recommend this set and highly recommend purchasing any item from the seller!
