I love that it has a rechargeable battery so I never need to buy batteries for it. The charger is a USB charger and it comes with a wall plug too in case you need it. I have a bigger counter size wine opener but this one is great for picnics or while traveling abroad. Ther is nothing I don’t like about the Ozeri wine opener. It also comes with the seal cutter. Recharge it after awhile and you are ready to drink more wine! Loved the idea of traveling with electric corkscrew. Worked just fine on the first 6-8 bottles. Then it just stopped working. Doesn't recharge. Dead weight in the suitcase. We've had many Ozeri corkscrews in the past and they work great. This portable one is a dud.

We've had three other different units from other top-named brands before we got this one. This Ozeri Travel Series is the best of all of them. It is easy to use, small in size, doesn't leave cork crumbs in the bottle, and the corkscrew doesn't destroy the cork. It also doesn't take a gorilla to keep the opener or the bottle from turning while it is operating. Their customer service is much more responsive than the others.
