I love the way it look, sleek and stylish. I love that I can lean back instead of being flat or upright only. The middle setting for the backrest is perfect for my spinal issues. I do like how firm the couch is. However, you can feel the structure stabbing your butt in between the cushions and that makes it hard to want to stay there and relax. I'm trying to figure out a way to add more cushioning but it's one piece and I cannot add more padding without ripping the fabic and sewing it back (not a skill of mine). Maybe there is a zipper somewhere I just cannot find it yet. (Positive thinking).

Pros- easy to put together, not very heavy so it's manageable with one person, it looks fantastic (other than the backs that don't align) and the modular design is a huge plus. Cons- The single biggest "issue" is how insanely firm this couch is. It's super uncomfortable and there's no way I could sit through even a short movie on this couch. The back also does not lean far enough forward to push your neck up, so it can cause some neck discomfort without pillows. The other issue is that I cannot get the backs to align causing the gap pictured. Not a huge deal but drives my OCD crazy. If you need something for a guest room or informal living room this would work fine. I wouldn't want this as my only couch however.

We were super excited when we thought we had found the perfect couch for our new apartment. The style and versatility is spot on. Soft fabric, loved that it turns into a bed when needed, and had a detached ottoman. However, if you’re looking for a couch to sprawl out and Netflix and chill, you may want to rethink your options. If you’re on a tighter budget with a smaller space and are not wanting something long term, this is the couch for you! Customer service team was excellent to work with and they resolved our concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.

Update! The new replacement section arrived quickly and in perfect shape! I am very happy with my new sofa! It was so easy to assemble, only took minutes by myself! Perfect for over night guest or to lay back and watch a movie! Unfortunately one box was damaged during transit, resulting in a small hole in that section. After contacting the seller I was assured that a replacement piece will be arriving soon! I can't wait to share my new sofa with friends and family!

If your looking for something that’s easy to put together this is it? What I don’t like is it’s not evenly proportioned for some reason but besides that it’s great and easy to match and design your living room. So I wanted to give you all a heads up on how wonderful Oyerol Customer Service is. They’re exceptional when it comes to solving and resolving any issues you may face efficiently. They’re very understanding and give options to resolve complaints. I am definitely pleased and satisfied with the product and would highly recommend there services to anyone.

center section didn't fit worth a damn, also is like sleeping on a cement slab, I need to try and adjust the tabs that hold the sections together. I'm disappointed.
