For the most part, this product suits my needs. I run a small custom jewelry making business and I order these necklaces quite often. I would say that 90% of the time, the necklaces are perfect, however, I’ll get a batch every so often that will have lobster clasps that won’t open. They feel as if they are painted shut. If I’m careful I can get them to open with no probelems but more often than not it will break and I have to replace the lobster clasp. If this had only happened once or twice I would still give the product a 5 but it has happened at least six or seven times.
