I have a big Thai Ridgeback that only does what he wants to do when we come to an agreement. He's very smart and very strong and we got him when he was wild so he's had to learn everything about living in a house. He's a beautiful dog, and a great guard, dog, but he will not allow any medicine in his ears that has an odor. So this product was a lifesaver. I think it saved his hearing! It 's not as strong as some other medicines, but it does the job if your consistent and apply it properly. So. if you have a resistant dog or a dog that won't let you get in his ears, what I did was I put just a few drops of this medication on a cotton swab, and slowly rubbed his ears, rubbed underneath his ears, which he loves, because he's always in pain, especially in one ear. Then I gradually got the cotton ball in his ear where he's comfortable and got it down into his ear and rubbed it and scratched it in, and started feeling good for him. after all everybody needs to have their itch, scratched, right? Over several weeks I gradually added more and more of the fluid to the point now where it is fairly saturated with the medication, and I use my hand to warm it up, and I slowly get it in his ear down his ear and then I squeeze it slowly so I can actually get the fluid deep down inside his ear to the point where I 'm now getting the junk out, and you smart enough to understand this is helping him. It also helps when you have a couple chicken jerky. Ready for a good boy. Thank you Max. When he's all done. Then he does the doggy head-shake, which is of course how the medicine needs to work! So, if you have a resistant dog, this is a process that over a weeks of practicing has worked for my 80 pound tire Ridgeback. Who grew up in the woods and was tracked for over a year before they finally caught him and he was in a kill shelter and I rescued him. He's a $7000 dog if you buy him new. Very smart completely independent and amazing guard dog one of our best friends and now he loves the product and he loves his treatment. All because it doesn't have a smell. And it doesn't sting him like other medicines too. if you're in a similar situation that we were, try this process, it should work for you. You must be persistent and make sure you've got plenty of Chicken jerky ready as a treat. Thank you for the great product.

Got this for my stink-ear little puppy. She was dubious about being put on my grooming table for something new. She liked the stuff in her ear so much, my older dog got jealous and needed her perfectly clean ears cleaned. Neither had wax, but the puppy smelled waxy and now she doesn’t. The older dog didn’t need it, but she will want it again anyway. It’s pretty cool that they enjoyed getting their ears flushed out. I have a cut on my finger and I got some of this on it and it didn’t burn. Make sure you don’t squeeze the bottle too hard, because the stuff comes out fast. It made foam in my poodle’s fur.

It works as directed, but if your cat already has something going on with his ears, it’s probably not a good idea to use the product. You should just take him to the vet first.

The foaming action cleans the nastiest of ears. Works equally well on the dry crusties and the greasy, slime pits. Does not have a strong odor that some clients mind find objectionable. Highly recommend this product, and will purchase again.
