I bought these OXO Good Grips Silicone Baking Cups for healthy meal prep, and they’re fantastic. The silicone is sturdy yet flexible — my egg bites literally pop right out without any oil or spray. I’ve put them through the dishwasher several times, and they still look brand new. Here’s the Starbucks-style egg bites recipe that turned out perfectly: ⸻ 🥚 Egg Bites Recipe Ingredients: • 6 eggs • ½ cup cottage cheese (or ricotta for creamier texture) • ¼ cup sautéed spinach (optional) • ¼ cup finely chopped mushrooms (optional) • Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Lightly sauté spinach and mushrooms to remove moisture. 3. Blend eggs and cottage cheese until smooth. 4. Stir in veggies and seasoning. 5. Pour mixture into OXO silicone cups (¾ full). 6. Place muffin tray in a baking dish with ½ inch hot water (for steam). 7. Bake 25–30 minutes until just set. 8. Cool slightly, then press the bottom — the bites pop right out! Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze. These were worth their weight in gold. I was making mini quiches and in regular muffin tins the eggs stick and are pretty much half ruined unless you grease the heck out of them. I didn’t even have to grease these and the finished product popped right out 100% clean. I’m a big fan of OXO products. They may be a few dollars extra but I find they last longer and it’s worth the price. This is the case yet again. They wash up easily and make clean up on my pan a breeze too. The thickness seems good enough to not tear and make them reusable for years instead of paper muffin cups. Easy to clean no stick silicone, muffins slide right out. Caution: People will like them so much, they will take home, or throw out not realizing their value. Therefore, remove muffins before serving.

I have used these twice now for a sort of muffin thing i make. The food slides right out. They clean very easily. Even knowing the measurements, they appeared small.     • Sustainable and reliable, but no advertised "fill line"
I bought these after having and using a set for years. Size is right. They can stand alone on a pan if necessary. The handles are an excellent feature. I don't think I've ever had anything stick in these cups. One thing that puzzles me is the advertised "fill line." I opened the package a few minutes ago, saw "batter fill line" on the box, and thought Oxo had added a new feature since I bought my first set. Nope, not really. After turning them all over and flipping inside out, I realized the inner surface goes from shiny to dull about 2/3 up the inside surface. I guess that's the "fill line," but it's only detectable when you flip the empty cup inside out and hold it up to the light. Absolutely useless when you're filling the cup with batter. So I got what I expected, but disappointed that Oxo is touting a feature that's really not. Now I need to get busy making 2 dozen cupcakes . . . ... show more

I can’t believe I waited so long to buy these. I bought these OXO cups to replace silicone muffin liners from a different brand that had become hopelessly sticky with oil residue over time that just would no longer come clean. These are so well designed with the tabs to help lift the liners out of the muffin pan, and even though I forgot to spray the cups, the baked muffins fell right out as if they’d been baked in parchment liners. (The recipe had a decent amount of oil though—if baking with little to no oil, I’d be more cautious and use nonstick spray on the cups first.) I’m very happy with this purchase and will never again worry about running out of parchment muffin liners. ... show more
