The material it is made from does scratch a bit so longevity may be an issue. I use one side of the board for fruit and veggies and the other side to cut 13×9 inch pans of bar cookies. Use this for all my meats and only meats. It does have some scratches and gouges in it but that's expected, my knives dont get damaged or dulled by the board. I wish the drainage tray was a little better and the rubber feet were a little grippier. For that 4 stars
