Unfortunately, it won’t stick to the floor and there’s no way to fill it up with water or sand. One easy tap, and it just falls over. The design of the punching bag itself is great and my son was so excited to receive it, but it doesn’t work what it intended for.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, after three days of use, the pole is already bent and about to snap. My 11-year-old has been using this punching bag for only three days and it is nearly unusable. Liked it at first but durability is not good.

This punching bag is a winner and it is very sturdy and sticks to the floor without losing any suction when I punch it hard and I also love the fact that you don’t have to fill the base with water or sand.

Very disappointed. The suction worked great!! I thought I had a winner. However the bottom pole that goes into the base must be made of plastic because it started to bend after 1 day. I thought I had a winner.

It’s ok for practicing distance with punches and foot work placement in terms of distance and using it as a shadow boxing prompt. Your not going to punch this hard, it will absolutely tip over. My 7yr old can give it a good whack without it tipping over.

I bought this punching bag with stand to train at home, and it has worked really well so far. The base becomes very stable once filled with water or sand, and the bag has a solid feel that holds up to strong punches. It was also easy to assemble — it took me about 30 minutes on my own.
