I could not sleep at night without knowing my baby is safe. This all thanks to the Owlet system. Both the camera and sock are easy to set up and connect. It can also easily be removed and used for vacations or other trips. The quality of the picture is great and I love the ability to zoom. The only thing I wish I could do is move the monitor from the app on the phone. If the camera needs to be adjusted, it has to be done by hand.

Please do your research before buying!! I purchased this for my baby girl as we were transitioning her to her own crib/room. I saw it was owlet brand and the price and assumed it would be a good quality monitor. After not even a month I’ve had so many issues and they just keep getting worse. The camera will randomly disconnect all the time. I will wake up in the middle of the night and it just says “could not connect” no video or sound coming out. So I have no idea if my baby had been crying. You have to exit out of the app and reopen it sometimes for over 20 minutes before you can get it to reconnect. When it is connected sometimes there is no picture… just a grey screen with a loading symbol. The audio sometimes cuts out. I am sleeping and I cannot hear a sound machine and realize there has not been no sound coming out at all. Also it lacks very badly. At first sometimes it was only 5 seconds. I would hear a cry from her room and then a few seconds later I would hear the same cry on the app. Not too big of a deal but sometimes it’s bad enough to where I lay her down, grab something to drink and some pick up my phone to check on her and it shows an empty crib. It had no updated me setting her into it. Also my final issue is that it freezes without you knowing. Onetime I was actively watching her while she was napping and she seemed asleep but then her eufy so I base was lighting up like she was moving. She was awake and crying and I had no idea because the image showed a sleeping baby. I will be returning and purchasing a different one. I can’t sleep peacefully knowing something could be wrong with my baby and I would have no idea because this monitor only wants to work sometimes.

This is a nice camera with great features. I purchased this so that my husband and I could see our child while we are at work through Wi-Fi. It was very easy to set up you just download the app and follow the instructions on your phone. The camera will tell you the humidity and room temperature in your room and if it’s a comfortable environment for your child, it also has playback, audio, and background noise which you can turn off it the settings. The camera quality is very nice. It also has night vision and based on your Wi-Fi connection the first image quality is usually great. Through the app you can choose to have notifications tell you when your child is crying or like loud noises , however, I chose not to opt for that because if your child tends to cry a lot the notifications can get quite annoying. One downside that I found to this camera is that you have to manually rotate the camera whereas my other baby monitor camera be rotated from the monitor itself. It would be nice if you could rotate the camera from your phone that should be a feature they consider adding in the future. Also I usually will watch my phone and my other baby monitor screen while I’m in the house and I have noticed that there is a bit of a lag in the video playback with the Owlet camera compared to my other baby monitor camera. I use this camera in conjunction with the Owlet Dream sock. Overall I think this was a great purchase and I would recommend it to any new parent

Overall, a great product. We love the video quality, and the recordings. Paired with the Dream Sock, this product not only helps us know how our children are sleeping, but it also helps US sleep at night knowing that if anything were to happen to one of our children, Owlet will notify us. Set up was super easy, and the clean look of the camera blends well with our children's sleeping space. Customer support is super helpful and easy to work with. Personally, I wish the range of the cam was a little better in terms of having the cam a little further away from our 18 month old, but that is the only reason for a 4 star!
