I purchased this printer, and over the last six months, I have been unable to get it to work. The manufacturer told me to clean it, replace a part, and reinstall the software. I have spent hours, and it never worked. Now it’s too late to return, and the manufacturer won’t make an exception. They tell you not to contact Amazon.     • Program a copy not the original
It says to take the security off your computer to download the program. It worked for a few weeks now banging won’t work. Horrible purchase still paying on it.
