This was better than we expected. We got it for our teens hang out area. Extra space in case friends wanted to stay over. Sleeping bags always work but something a little extra cozy. It’s firm but necessary so the shape holds up. They love it!! The friends say it’s also very comfortable to sleep on. It had no wrinkles in the fabric from the boxed compression and has pretty perfect lines. Nothing was uneven or wonky looking. We did stay off of it the recommended 72 hours from the unwrapping. We also patted it to help it keep expanding. It had no odd smells. I read so many reviews and decided to go with this brand after months of back and forth comparing. We purchased when it was marked down a little so that was an extra incentive to push go. It’s truly great!

I was extremely apprehensive about ordering furniture from Amazon again. I've had some rather disappointing experiences, as well as some very positive ones. This falls under the latter category. I contacted the seller asking about shipment details (how many boxes) and they replied almost immediately and answered all my questions and provided tracking numbers without my even asking for them. Then, it arrived two days early. Once I got it set up (which entailed unwrapping it lol. That's it.), it far exceeded my expectations. It's super comfortable and looks so cozy and comfy. It's VERY firm, which is good. I feel like this foam won't droop and sag. Overall, I'm very happy.

I live in an attic apartment with spiral steps, so finding furniture that could actually make it inside was a challenge. This couch was the perfect solution — easy to get in and, just as importantly, easy to move out if needed. It doesn’t feel like a futon at all — it’s sturdy, firm but comfortable, and has that “real couch” feel. I’m a plus-size woman, and it comfortably fits me, my 10-year-old daughter, and friends when we’re all hanging out. It’s the perfect size for cozy movie nights without feeling cramped, and the cushions hold their shape well after daily use. If you’re looking for a couch that’s stylish, practical for smaller spaces, and surprisingly spacious for its size, this one’s a winner. Highly recommend for apartment living or any space with tricky entryways!

Warning warning, do not buy this sofa! I have tried to contact Amazon and the seller Ovois with no help whatsoever from either company. I have been breaking out with hives from the material and you might as well sit on concrete the furniture is so hard, no exaggeration. It’s horrible to sit on this junk couch. The website is extremely deceitful. I have called the company several times & after listening to their music approximately 20 seconds, the phone disconnects. The phone actually rings a few times then the music starts. Amazon will not cooperate with me either. Tried to find a phone number to call customer service @ Amazon. I’m telling anyone with children do not purchase this furniture! Does anyone in your household have allergies? When sitting on this, it actually cuts the circulation off in your legs. Do you have issues with a sciatic nerve? Stay away from this couch! Forget it stay stay away from this manufacturer Ovios and there furniture. Please do yourself a service and do not buy this piece of junk. It is unsafe! The material is unsafe, the way it is shipped is unsafe! The way it has to be opened is extremely dangerous. And I’m serious when I tell you this information. I have been breaking out with hives only since this was delivered to our home and opened up. It comes in two boxes you open the boxes you open the plastic after reading the large orange warning sign taped to the plastic. It’s because the contents packed under high pressure from the manufacturer, it’s shipped it literally can explode when you are opening the plastic wrapping. The material is not what they say it is. The foam rubber is like concrete. Not joking! Amazon‘s return policy we have to return it to the seller before we get a refund! And would be issued a refund within 2 to 3 days once the company receives the pieces back. Let me remind you, I just told you it came under complete machine pressure. I don’t know about you but we don’t have a high pressure system in our garage capable to compress a piece of junk 104 inches long down to fit into two boxes And then pay to have it shipped back. I can say this we spend thousands every year at Amazon and if Amazon doesn’t read this review and fix the problem the way we need it to be fixed, complete total refund. I will never ever purchase another thing from Amazon or Amazon fresh stores. We will make sure that everyone knows about this company their policy, the manufacturer wanting us to ship it back to them before they issue a refund! Please understand, I have not actually talked to anyone live! This info comes up as you type in the request for a return. The website description is the back of the couch is comfy. I’m telling you it’s as hard as concrete. There’s 3 little pillows that is supposed to be used for the back of the couch for comfort. The material covering the foam rubber is itchy, not soft whatsoever and is causing me to have itching issues and broken out with hives. It hurts our backs terribly. Listen I’m so frustrated, broken out with the hives, doctor medication, from these manufactures pieces. Pain medicine for the sciatic nerve. This is horrible. No one should ever have to go through what I am going through due to this situation. Amazon should have people checking on their scamming, false advertising, lying sellers. The photo showing the two strips of material, one is right side up, one is upside down. They are the two strips that hold the two pieces of junk couch together. Please Please Help!! I’ve since talked to a representative at Amazon. He told me he was contacting Ovios to send a complete refund. He told me if I hadn’t received the refund within 48 hrs to call Amazon back. 2 large boxes. Easy to get in through the front door. Easy to unbox and open. Very firm and fits a smaller space perfectly. No odor. It came with 2 small throw pillows. I'm very happy with it. My husband is 6'1" and can very comfortably lay on the chaise. I'm 5'5" and when sitting on the couch my feet do not reach the floor. Very cozy. I tried a lint roller to remove small fuzzies, and cleaned up very well. Good value for cost. Easy to move.

Love it!! Had issues with an ottoman from them and they made me pay the return restock fee. Other then that brand seems very good. Easy to setup. Very firm but may soften overtime.
