This elastic line is fantastic for making jewelry. The line is crystal clear. We purchased the 0.8mm and 1.0mm combo. Both are stretchy and strong. We have absolutely no issues with this product. You just need to use it correctly. Before you use it for making jewelry, you are supposed to stretch out the line you are going to use. This way it won't stretch out when it's being worn. It still remains stretchy enough to roll a bracelet onto your wrist. You are supposed to secure any knots in elastic with a dab of glue that remains pliable (ie: T-8000) My wife and I recommend this elastic line and will definitely buy it again.

Nice collection of bead elastic in different mm diameters with both clear firm to softer options and one stretchy white option. Great little cutting snips included, which I needed and was grateful to have in the collection. I do have difficulty unwinding the crystal string. It can be hard to tell which end I’m supposed to be unthreading. It seems to be weaved into the roll and is hard to find it and pull it out for easier use. However I find this with all brands and purchases so far too. Maybe there’s a trick to it that I don’t know.

Used this kit to restring a bracelet. I liked that the kit came with different sizes of stretch clear string along with tools. Good price and seems to have done the job. I did add a little jewelry glue for elastic string to the knot for extra security. I ordered the glue separately from Amazon also.

I bought this product to use for bracelet making. I honestly bought it becuase the price was set right for the amount of material. I also liked the idea of the cutting tool coming witht he product. The thickness in the string is great and all the sizes hold knots. I do add bracelet glue but I feel like I don't really need to with the quality of the string. The string also has great durability. I have untied and restrung beads so many times with the same strand and it does not over stretch. I will be buying from this company again. I have not had any issues so far and really like the product.

I really like this string. I had to rebuy because the cotton stretchy string I tried before was difficult to work with, but this one made threading my glass beads much easier. The thickness was just right, and it cut cleanly without fraying. A generous amount comes on the roll, and it has held up well so far. When tying knots, the string lasted and did not fall apart, which made my bracelets and necklaces feel much more secure. Overall, this is a strong, reliable, and easy-to-use string that works perfectly for everyday jewelry making. I would definitely buy it again.

This elastic is surprisingly strong. I have been unable to break it by hand - and I’ve tried. It is not slick and has a grippy quality which works well for my beading.
