A warning that this couch is big and be sure you have lots of space for it. No assembly required--It comes compressed/rolled up (each side a different box); all you need to do is cut it open and it inflates. Takes about a day to fully expand. It is super soft and the small pillow cases are machine washable. These sectional-type couches are so great because you can move the pieces around to your liking. Currently I have the couch configured in an "L" shape and I think I am loving that the most. This couch is quite firm also, so if you are looking for something softer it may not be the best fit. As skeptical as I was after reading the reviews, I decided to purchase this set. I was pleasantly surprised as it's way sturdier, yet comfortable. It was easy to unpack, pop out, fluff up a bit and sat right on it. It can also double as a bed as I've often napped on it without intention and it feels as good as my mattress on my bed! The armpieces are shallow though. When you attempt to use it to lift up off of it, there's no support for that, so I guess those are either for show or to aid in pillowing extras. Its so nice.. i got the double chaise and this does come in more than one box so dont panic if they dont show up at the same time! And if you do panic, ovios is a super responsive seller and they will help you with anything you need :) Anyways, the couch is insanely high quality, it doesnt droop or do anything weird. It is huge which is exactly what i wanted. Wildly inexpensive for what you get and man its comfyyyyy. Plus side is that the couch will not unfurl and hit you in the face when you open it so yeah. Purchased this for the shipping convenience as I have a very small front door and getting fully assembled furniture is difficult. Only half of the loveseat arrived. It was very easy to get into my home, unpacked with minimal odors, however the quality is very cheap and the item is extremely firm, to the point that I had to constantly keep changing positions to get comfortable. The other half of the loveseat never arrived and was determined to be lost. The order qualified for Amazon A-Z refund and I was refunded. Two days later I received an email from Amazon stating that my item had indeed arrived and I needed to pay the full price. I was able to contact Amazon by phone and actually talked to a live person. The Amazon representative did attempt to convince me that the furniture company might go bankrupt if I did not agree to pay for at least half of the item. I explained that this was absurd and that this purchase issue qualified for an A-Z refund. Ultimately I was able to keep my refund. I ended up purchasing a similar modular chaise love seat from Cozey, which while much more expensive, is of significant higher quality. I wish I had just avoided this purchase in the first place and just saved myself the hassle. ... show more
