I made sure to read many of the reviews here before purchasing this set, and I'm happy to say that there were no surprises! This furniture set looks great, is relatively simple to put together, and most importantly is sturdy. All the parts needed for assembly are carefully packaged. My only complaint is that it wasn't preemptively communicated, nor indicated in Amazon's tracking system that the shipment would arrive in multiple packages over multiple days. When I reached out to the seller I was immediately provided the additional tracking numbers to confirm that none of the packages were missing. Everything arrived quickly (to the Pacific Northwest), very happy with the time to deliver. During assembly, I found it ideal to use a small drill with a torx bit and a low torque setting to set most of the bolts, and then hand tighten to finish. Some of the heads to the bolts are soft and it can be easy to strip them, so take care not to over torque and to drive them at a straight angle. Overall, very pleased with this set. It has held up very well for us over the past several months. Unfortunately, the furniture covers weren't available when I bought the set. I would suggest either getting the covers for it or plan to store the set inside if you have snow and ice in the winter.

First, I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Ovios' Customer Service Team. The items in the order arrived at different times and every question I had about the status was answered within 10 to 24 hours of emailing them, always politely and with a SATISFACTORY ANSWER! Everything was packaged impressively well and nothing sustained any damage in shipping. All the pieces are very well made and not difficult to assemble. The instructions were pretty clear on what to do. The set itself is beautiful. *(The ottomans and beige pillows were purchased separately and are not part of the 6 piece set). I am so glad we bought this in the Spring, I'm looking forward to relaxing on it all summer! I love the fire pit 🔥! We tried it once so far and even on low, it puts out a nice flame and warmth. It comes with lava rock but I might change to a pretty blue firepit glass at some point. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and have nothing but good to say about Ovios and their Customer Service Team!

Very nice furniture and fairly easy assembly. It didn’t all come at the same time, it came over about a period of 4 days. The fire pit is very nice and sturdy. The smi el chairs are great! I gave 4 stars because the cushions aren’t great and the pillows are flat. Overall I would buy again!

My wife and I are extremely sorry we made this purchase. Putting it together was a nightmare. The cushions are not comfortable. It does look good but it is not what we expected for $1500. One ottoman has holes for the screws that are misaligned, we cannot make it fit. It is impossible unless we drill a hole that will align with the matching inlet hole to the side piece. My son and I took an hour just to put the chair together, the area where you have to fit the screws is EXTREMELY tight, so we kept on dropping the screws or nuts, then have to turn chair upside down to retrieve the fallen screw or nut. The swivel rocking chairs are the only bright spot. They work as designed, but again, the cushions are not comfortable. We will wind up spending another $300 to $400 for good cushions. Our advice is not to purchase this item unless you are in a store and can test its lack of comfort and know you are fine this that. Sincerely, Robert and Maria A Chandler, Az. 85249

We purchased the 6 piece set. I love the 2 swivel chairs they are my favorite. The couches are beautiful. Cushions are puffy and comfortable. Glass end table is perfect touch. The material is sturdy and color is beautiful. It fits on our porch perfectly. My friends love it, so many compliments. We just got the propane stove. Cannot wait to open it and see how it works. Very glad I purchased this set!

We have a patio set that we love that is high end. This set is very attractive but not as well made and was difficult to put together, but if you hang in there, it gets easier. I’m very pleased with the fire table. And the patio set colors are amazing. It’s comfortable for short sits. The reason it just gets an average rating is that simply by providing thicker cushions for the backrest and seats this would be a five star set. Ovios’ customer service was very helpful and prompt. it is a good purchase for the money. FYI it took several days for all of the different pieces to arrive.
