The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical of course but to be honest this sectional is really good for the price that you pay compared to paying over 3000 for pretty much the same quality in the furniture stores. The only thing that was irritating was the boxes getting shipped and delivered at different times but the seller updated me with the tracking numbers for each piece of furniture (I had 6 pieces) one came about 4 weeks after ordering. Then the next day 3 pieces came. And finally by the end of the week the last two pieces came. All the tools and cushions, sides came inside of the couch pieces which was very convenient and easy to take apart. I put this whole thing together all by myself and I must say with my thin patience it was very easy and self explanatory! It’s big, it’s super soft! It’s comfortable, but still firm enough to bounce back up when you get up. it fits me and my 10 & 8 year old sons. We all have room to lay on for movie night. I say buy it! Especially if you’re looking for a dupe of the corduroy sectional thats in the furniture stores for double, triple the price! Also the pieces are super easy to move around and you can change it up in many different ways however you want, I love that!

This couch has been awesome! Came delivered three boxes, then the remaining two boxes a few days later. Super easy to put together, and we waited about 24 hours before sitting on it and it's been great! Very soft and comfortable to sit on, and the pillows fluff up very nicely. The back rest pillows aren't flimsy or flat either. Each sectional is pretty light so it's easy to move around yourself, and it's the perfect height for me and my roommates who are all 5'9-6'0. It doesn't sink way down when you sit on it and stays nice and tall. One thing that wasn't advertised that's great is each cushion cover is removable and has a zipper on the underside/back, so you can throw them in the wash just in case of a mess and be easy to clean. I was nervous about buying an all black couch, but the ribbed texture makes it look cozy and fits right in. The seller was also quick to reply, I contacted them wondering if they had additional tracking information for the remaining 2 boxes and they replied within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you're skeptical about buying an online couch, this is the one! So comfortable

The seller emailed me and let me know that half of the furniture will be coming one week and the rest the next week and it did. It was not complicated to put together myself. The pieces needed to assemble was inside each seat itself. It only took me like 25 minutes to put each piece together...

Highly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve purchased a big piece of furniture off Amazon and I wish I hadn’t. We got the beige color, color is not as light as shown in listing pictures, color is definitely a darker tan. On one of the couch’s they didn’t drill the holes for the feet to go into so we had to create our own. Some back support cushions are thick and fluffy while others are paper thin. End cushions aren’t the same length as the couch which causes big gaps. The backside of the end pieces are shaped funny and don’t line up causing gaps. The couch itself is soft and that’s all it has going for it. You could probably find something better for the money.

The shipping is shambolic, I only gave it 4stars because it is a comfy sofa. I ordered on 2/22, did not receive the complete sofa until 3/22. You would think this would be plenty of time, nope. On 3/11 I received a fedex email 1 box 54lbs, ok, Im expecting another email for the rest, on 3/13 after no answer from seller supprt # I called Amazon, then I received FedEx tracking for 4 boxes, okkkk. I received the ottoman 1week later on Sunday, a week and a half later 3 more boxes, a week later 1 box and the next day 4/22 1 box. The listing said 6 boxes, but it did not say individual FedEx random deliveries, and none of this was communicated by the seller. This $1K sofa ended up costing me over $4K because this was our 20th anniversary, we planned on family flying in to stay with us, that could not happen because of sofa boxes all over my home, I had to pay to put people up in a hotel. I live in a normal 2K sq ft home, I have no room for huge boxes. The sofa is very soft, comfy, and the cushions are firm. I purchased in black and the color is good, it took us about an hour to put it together no tools needed, it comes with allen keys. TBH I would only purchase from this seller if you have storage room, dont mind zero communication on delivery, and having FedEx at your door over 3wks with random sofa boxes. To the seller, look into drop shipping, I know FedEx is cheaper but if it was drop shipped all at once most people would prefer this. Also communicate ETAs and if the shipment is divided and how.

We just got this in so I can’t speak to wear and tear yet obviously but it is so comfortable! I was super nervous to order off of here because I have never ordered big furniture that I haven’t seen in person before but I am so glad that I did! The fabric is good quality. It is extremely sturdy! It was easy to put together and will be easy to configure if need be. I love that there is little to no gap underneath to keep the kids toys out from under it. If you’re thinking about this couch I’m telling you that you won’t regret it. Half the price of the one from Ashley I was going to order and I think it’s better made. We had an Ashley couch the last 8 years and it did not hold up well at all.
