Description
Is the grip knurled and how thick is the bar? Yes — a 28 mm ergonomic bent shaft with knurled grip to reduce wrist and forearm strain. How long is the bar and will it rack? It's a 47" (1.2 m) Olympic bar with 2-inch rotating sleeves — rackable on standard racks. What's the difference between the 35 / 85 / 155 lb options? Each option includes the same bar with a different plate set (35/85/155 lb); a "bar only" option is also available. What exercises can I do with this? Bicep curls, skull-crushers and core work directly; add a bench for shoulders, back and legs.
