Not extremely reliable, they seem to have a mind of their own, working sometimes and sometimes not. But most of the time, if you jiggle it in the socket a bit, you can coax it into working. Only 3 stars because I'd rather they work all the time without a fuss.

Bought these to replace burned out incandescent bulbs on an outdoor party light string. These are warm light rather than cool which is what I wanted. Make sure to measure the base of the bulb you want to replace. I appreciate that the seller pointed out that these are the smaller base bulbs. I just put them in so I can't speak to how long they last, but they were packaged really well and didn't have a single broken bulb in the box which surprised me. Advertised as "soft warm glow" but they are very bright. I painted all mine with 3 coats of transparent tint paint to get the "warm glow" If you need brighter light, they will be perfect.

Nice bright bulbs - I love the energy savings of LED and the vintage-style filament, but all of our bulbs have water in them. Not sure if it’s condensation, or rain, but they are obviously not fully sealed. It looks kinda unsightly and will likely reduce the life of the bulb but they are still all working as of today! ... show more
