I've purchased these before in a store at a cheaper price. I'm not sure this is a branded product. There is no packaging whatsoever around the shades, and clips are not included (as advertised). Also, they were pretty severely bent on one end. I suspect someone is buying these damaged and reselling them. I would have bought more from the store but they were out of stock, so I ended up paying considerably more for these since I really needed them -- so it's doubly disappointing for it to be an inferior product AND deceptive to boot! As for the shades themselves, this is the least expensive, quickest way to get windows covered. We used them in our garage/workshop when this summer turned unbearably hot. They are simple but genius -- you just cut to fit, and it's surprisingly easy to do. Don't expect them to adhere on their own. I am a teacher. There are four huge windows in my classroom, no shades have been provided. As teachers do, I took matters into my own hands and purchased these. If I could do it over again I would order a strong double sided mounting tape along with this purchase and cut off the adhesive strip provided. I had to install and re-install with mounting tape because the adhesive wasn't strong enough. I bought these for temporary window coverings while I finish moving into my home. The home is older and the window frame has texture so thatโ€™s possibly why the tape wonโ€™t stick. Also a little difficult cutting to the right size. I used a razor blade and took a while and a little bit of hand muscle. The color is nice and very affordable. Adhesion could be better. After reading other reviews, ordered additional to have on hand and it was a good decision. Be careful-paper cuts due to rapidly applying. I am using bag clips as the clips supplied don't secure well. Until window treatments installed, they work well for privacy.
