Phenomenal stuff. Needed to print a mount used in a car that subject to the typical heat and UV inside a vehicle. Did an initial test print using PLA and it quickly melted and warped. Got this ASA filament and made the same print, the car got up to 140f+ and this print stayed solid. Yes it's a bit more difficult to print requiring more heat on the bed and nozzle, but after starting with ABS settings (there was no preset for ASA in my printer) and pumping the bed up to 95c it printed with no issue. Also looks a bit smoother than PLA. Great stuff. Make sure to keep it dry or pre-dry it before printing. ... show more

Prints beautifully. Holds up really well in extreme heat and extreme forces in a centrifuge. Definitely what I use when I need a finished product with high quality with the properties mentioned. Odor is extreme and I would not suggest printing in the same room you are in. Needs to be well vented.

I don't love the fumes with ASA but the parts it produced for me are perfect. The layers adhere very well. No issues with clogging or weird anomalies. Really everything just printed great. I will buy again.

I have been struggling to print the Flashforge ABS pro on my enclosed AD5X. I could get descent prints, but poor strength. Decided to go with Overture ASA. Wow, this stuff is so strong compared to tge ABS Pro. Going to reprint my kayak parts with this ASA and replace the ABS Pro parts. Strong recommendation. Decent filament and price. The print quality is nice but I deducted one star because color consistency in a single spool is pretty bad with their black filament. You can clearly see striations vertically up and down the print where the color gets lighter and darker.

I’ve bought this twice now and haven’t had any of the tangle problems I ran into with their PETG. The spool winds tight and feeds cleanly, which makes a huge difference when you just want to print without babysitting. ASA can be finicky on its own (cooling and warping are real things), but that’s on the material, not the filament quality here. This stuff prints clean and consistently, and overall I really love it. If you want ASA that doesn’t immediately turn into a spaghetti mess, this is a solid choice. ... show more
