I love this chair!!! It is so comfortable. I love the fact that you can rock and swivel all the way around. The heat and massage works great. The only thing I don't like is the cheap piece of plastic that you have to pull to get the chair to recline. It's very hard to pull (it's beneath the seat cushion. And it's also hard to put the leg rest back, as you really have to push it back down. Otherwise, it's a great chair and definitely worth the money.

This is such an amazing recliner! It takes us a bit time (maybe 30 minutes) to assemble it and entirely worth our sweat! Comfortable, supportive, and has massage. I really love it and it is changing my daily routine after work. I guess it just has magic on me and I cannot stop napping on it…very pleasant experience and recommend to everyone who loves recliners.

Total POS. NEVER buying furniture via Amazon again. Instructions terrible; parts don’t line up; a REAL pain in the butt to assemble. I was unable to totally complete the assembly, but after hours of effort, got it put together enough to make a really crappy recliner to sit in until I can buy a good quality, pre assembled chair from NFM or someplace. I bought another recliner via Amazon a few years ago. It was smaller than expected, but came fully assembled in the box. It works okay for my grand kids or anyone less than 5 feet and under 100 pounds, On a positive note: This box of crap was on time.
