It is a great couch for its price and was easy to put together. The pillows it comes with aren’t great and the couch cushions could be a little thicker/softer but it’s not uncomfortable. No it did not meet my expectations at all. The cushions are not comfy. Very flat no filler or comfort at all. Mechanism is clunky and unstable frame is wobbly and difficult. The side chaises are too small feet hang off of them. The back feels like it would break if you sat on it. Springs are coming through cushions. No thickness to it. Functionality is so bad. Not sturdy at all. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. RETURNLESS REFUND. I will not go through the hassle of trying to return it. This is your fault for trying to actually sell something like this. The cushions are damaged. The hinges are damaged. It looks nothing like the picture. Value for money is awful. It’s not worth the money at all. We threw all the boxes away. Beautiful sectional that was easy to assemble and looks great in our game room. I love the storage inside for blankets and pillows! Our big family loves spending movie nights on it! It is very firm and we wish it was a little more comfy, but overall it is a great purchase!

We like this sofa and it is worth what we paid for as it is in our basement. There is a rip in the sleeve of the bottom seat frame chaise piece. We would like to have it replaced if at all possible, and if we get it replaced, it would then become a 5 star. It has great storage and our 3 granddaughters slept on it 3 nights and liked it.
