Excellent value for the money. Comfortable and with tons of features. It comes partially assembled in 3 boxes. As you can see by the picture, we have already made it our own. The only drawback was the claim that 2 people could put it together in 30 minutes. I had to do it myself and it took about 150 minutes. Fastening the zipper over the assembled arms was the hardest part. They should extend the seams to make it easier to get the zippers around the corners. Otherwise, use 2 zipper each and another velcro pullover.

Just got these couches and they’re great they’re definitely worth the price they’re the size they look like in the picture decent quality and the vibrations are amazing as long as the heating setting. Also it doesn’t specify very well but it does have usb to charge a phone for sure recommend.

Comfy and affordable! Sturdy and love the massage feature. It will take a little longer to put together than the instructions say and there are some typos in there but, it's an awesome buy! Highly recommend.

It’s a mixed review for me. Was a pain to assemble, many pieces were not made correctly. Gaps in sofa, feels lopsided and cheap, but I was able to fix some of that. The cushions aren’t the worst but could be better. The only thing I would say is good is the massage. It seemed to work well. The material that’s suppose to zip around the armrests, only one side could zip up all the way as the other cover was smaller and I had to struggle to get the other one zipped up for dear life. Only 2 pins on each side of the middle chair hold the sofa together so feels a bit more like a snake than a sturdy sofa. But decent budget sofa, just have patience putting it together and you need atleast 2 people.

Great customer service, comfortable chair. Cons: -metal bar on inside makes it a little less comfortable. -It can only recline when you're pushing on something so might be better for heavier people. -its extremely difficult to close the foot rest If your just looking for a comfortable chair to rock in this will be good for you. If you want to recline I would go with an electric chair.
