I'll admit that it's a comfy, nice looking chair. The only thing that lacks a little is the reclining function. Not very smooth and makes a popping noise when shutting. Didn't expect too the best recliner at this price range, so overall we're happy with this chair. We can now fit our 4 year old next to use to reads book!

Difficult to unrecline. It take a real effort to close the foot rest. Also the lumbar is too taut. It feels in the small of my back nicely, but is some of the most crush resistant foam I have ever encountered. Would be nice if it gave a little.

Bought this recliner for my mother and she’s over the moon with how sturdy and comfortable this rocker is. The only complaint she has is that it’s difficult to stay in the maximum reclined position cuz the chair’s resistance to staying all the way reclined. Not a huge deal. She is in love with every other aspect of the chair.

Chair was nice quality looks good. Does what it needs to. The only reason for four stars was the shipping item was shipped in two boxes but only one tracking number was provided. The two pieces were delivered on different days as this was being sent to my elderly veteran father who is 40 miles away had to make two trips to get this set up for him. And dealing with customer service to find out about the multiple shipments.to but communication was good from the seller.
