Item arrived in 3 days from ordering. Came in boxes ,easy follow along guides to build couches. Building took less than an hour. The Color is amazing absolutely brings life into my home.My friends and family love the color, and how each sitting arrangement can be moved around at your convenience. Couches is firm but very comfy give good back support. Love that there is storage space underneath seating. I have a dog and was concern that my couch was going to be filled with hair, but the couch material is suede but with texture lines, so with a few wipes my pets hair is off the couch. Best money I ever spent! Couch is perfect. I would have had it assemble in no time. But it took FedEx 4 day to de liver all the boxes. And there were some parts missing, non abrasive plastic washers for two of the sectionals. I had go out and buy own, customer service wanted to sell them to me. NO WAY! We are very pleased with this sofa. It’s good quality, the color is beautiful and it’s pretty comfortable. The only thing we wish is that the seats of the sofa were a bit deeper. It’s not too difficult to assemble (and is quite clever how everything goes together) - I would recommend two people however. The customer service is top notch. I reached out to ask a question about delivery - our ottomans were the pieces not in stock at the moment, but they offered kindly to send the couch ahead of time and send the ottomans as soon as they arrived. We got them about a week apart. We appreciated that very much. Over all, we would definitely recommend this, we were surprised just how nice it was for the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this sofa unit!! The storage is amazing! The feel of it is amazing! Its look is amazing! Let’s face it, it’s amazing! Customer service was wonderful from shipping to helping me locate the brackets to the armrest! They were quick and efficient. Putting it together was easy and not a lot of work at all! Would so recommend this sofa. I am using it in a spare bedroom as a small media room but if I had a house guest (like when kids come home for holidays) it turns easily into a bed just by removing the back cushions and adding some sheets! We love the storage in this couch. Purchased for home daycare and love the it’s not too big or too small. Sturdy and looks expensive, height is good for what we use it, and is definitely sturdy!

Update: I’ve had the couch for two months, and it’s not as perfect as I’d hoped (not that I expected it to be for the price, but …). The corduroy fabric is more fragile than expected, and every small touch of a cat’s claw results in a snag. The back cushions are already sagging. I will keep fluffing them and switching them around, but I expected more longevity. It’ll be okay for a TV room/ slumpy kind of look, but I’m glad it’s not where guests would see it. I’ll end up buying a cover to hide the damage. Original review: I bought this after looking at a lot of couches, and then ordering the ottoman first to see if I liked how it felt…it was fine, but what really sold me was the quick and positive response I received when I asked the seller a question. The couch itself is attractive and seems sturdy. I wish it were a little deeper for lying down, but the room we have it in is quite small, so it’s probably just as well it’s not larger. It was easy to put together. The amount of storage is impressive! All in all, a good experience and dandy TV room seating. ... show more

There is nothing wrong with this couch. It’s nice, it’s easy to assemble. But my GOD was this process a pain in the ass. They send you the parts for the couch in 3 separate boxes. After delaying my shipment twice and them even telling me they didn’t know when it was gonna arrive, I was sent 2/3 boxes of the wrong couch. Literally an entirely different couch. When I told them this, they asked me to return the incorrect parts of the couch. I told them it would be very difficult for me to get those massive and heavy boxes to a return spot to ship them, but they insisted… After I went through all the trouble of returning the wrong pieces, they finally sent the couch right. The first picture is of the right couch. The other two are of when I was sent the incorrect one. Note: This happened around prime day, so perhaps they were busy ... show more

I love the functionality, sturdiness, texture and color of this couch! It’s comfortable. However, my son slept on it for a week and one of the cushions never really “bounced back” and that spot is now not so great to sit on. :( I also wish the cushions were a bit wider… but overall I’m very happy with this couch. ... show more
