The media could not be loaded. I love this sofa unit!! The storage is amazing! The feel of it is amazing! Its look is amazing! Let’s face it, it’s amazing! Customer service was wonderful from shipping to helping me locate the brackets to the armrest! They were quick and efficient. Putting it together was easy and not a lot of work at all! Would so recommend this sofa. I am using it in a spare bedroom as a small media room but if I had a house guest (like when kids come home for holidays) it turns easily into a bed just by removing the back cushions and adding some sheets! We are very pleased with this sofa. It’s good quality, the color is beautiful and it’s pretty comfortable. The only thing we wish is that the seats of the sofa were a bit deeper. It’s not too difficult to assemble (and is quite clever how everything goes together) - I would recommend two people however. The customer service is top notch. I reached out to ask a question about delivery - our ottomans were the pieces not in stock at the moment, but they offered kindly to send the couch ahead of time and send the ottomans as soon as they arrived. We got them about a week apart. We appreciated that very much. Over all, we would definitely recommend this, we were surprised just how nice it was for the price. ... show more

Easy to put together, beautiful. Only problem was that a metal piece was sent to me already bent very small, so i couldn't use it without struggling. The company sent me a replacement, so that was great. I would recommend.

Absolutely love my new sofa! It fits perfectly in my space and the color brightens the room! It’s comfortable and has plenty of sitting space for guests. I did buy some throw pillows to add a pop of color.

I've never owned modular furniture nor have I ever purchased a couch without seeing it in person and sitting on it first. I crossed my fingers when I purchased this and was pleasantly surprised. It's well made, the fabric is soft but durable. I love the storage options in every single piece. I bought enough to make a couch and a love seat although I chose not to attach the arms on the love seat. I purchased a mattress topper and we throw it on the couch and ottomans for movie nights or when someone is sleeping over. It's incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend this couch. ... show more

There is nothing wrong with this couch. It’s nice, it’s easy to assemble. But my GOD was this process a pain in the ass. They send you the parts for the couch in 3 separate boxes. After delaying my shipment twice and them even telling me they didn’t know when it was gonna arrive, I was sent 2/3 boxes of the wrong couch. Literally an entirely different couch. When I told them this, they asked me to return the incorrect parts of the couch. I told them it would be very difficult for me to get those massive and heavy boxes to a return spot to ship them, but they insisted… After I went through all the trouble of returning the wrong pieces, they finally sent the couch right. The first picture is of the right couch. The other two are of when I was sent the incorrect one. Note: This happened around prime day, so perhaps they were busy ... show more

Update: I’ve had the couch for two months, and it’s not as perfect as I’d hoped (not that I expected it to be for the price, but …). The corduroy fabric is more fragile than expected, and every small touch of a cat’s claw results in a snag. The back cushions are already sagging. I will keep fluffing them and switching them around, but I expected more longevity. It’ll be okay for a TV room/ slumpy kind of look, but I’m glad it’s not where guests would see it. I’ll end up buying a cover to hide the damage. Original review: I bought this after looking at a lot of couches, and then ordering the ottoman first to see if I liked how it felt…it was fine, but what really sold me was the quick and positive response I received when I asked the seller a question. The couch itself is attractive and seems sturdy. I wish it were a little deeper for lying down, but the room we have it in is quite small, so it’s probably just as well it’s not larger. It was easy to put together. The amount of storage is impressive! All in all, a good experience and dandy TV room seating. ... show more
