Super comfortable. I use this chair in my studio for me pedicure station and clients LOVE it. Very easy to clean, as I have kids climbing on it also and leaving little footprints, wipes off easily with a bit of Lysol spray. Looks so chic, compare to those usual bulky chairs/rockers. I purchased 2 of these swivel power recliners in "beige". I knew by the photos that they looked more like white. They are off white. One is more neutral which I like and the other has a slight tint of yellow. Not an exact match but not too noticeable. I was hoping for a matched set, but this is what you get when you buy sight unseen. One chair back is not as firm as the other, needs more fill. The motors are quiet and the arm rests are good. The button to recline the chair is a little too far forward for me when in the reclined position. There is no lumbar support, so you have to use the supplied pillow. When you recline you have to use the pillow to support your head when watching TV which means you need 2 pillows, one for your lower back and one for your head. The phone holder brackets were very loose. I had to use electrical tape wrapped about 5 or 6 times to build up the threaded wood insert they use because the hole was drilled too big. On the other, there was a backing plate that had to be rotated in order to get it to tighten it securely. ( see photos ) One chair rotates a full 360 degrees and stops to prevent cord breakage but the other only rotates about 245 degrees, not a big deal but is not as advertised. Probably to better prevent cord wrap. The speaker sounds like a tin can, wasn't going to use voice commands or play audio through it anyway. The arm rests are good and the material is soft silicone leather, so I hope it lasts. These are nice looking chairs and are quite comfortable with pillows. The manufacturer needs to pay attention to detail and make improvements. The customer should not be making repairs right out of the box. As far as value - over priced, worth about $375 - $400 with shipping. If you are buying one, you will be getting an off white color, not beige, and may have a tint of yellow in it. After 6 months my niece 105 pounds was sitting in this chair leaned over to the side to pick something up from the floor and the chair broke on the left side making chair lopsided. Has a 6 month warranty but this company would not replace it.
