This couch is beyond amazing. It’s absolutely beautiful, steady, Comfortable and it’s a showstopper. I ended up with this couch cause my husband and I recently purchased a home and I wanted a curved cream couch for my living room. I first ordered a couch for $3800 from Bath, Bed and Beyond. A whole month passed and still no shipment out of frustration I called and canceled the order. A week later I ordered the 3 sitter Irene couch from ZGallery costing us a Whopping $4500 and change. Again we waited a whole month plus no shipment update after paying over $329 just in shipping fees alone🙄🙄. I called and canceled again now all sad and frustrated thinking about giving up, I ended up on Amazon and saw this couch which seems pretty similar to what we wanted for a quarter of the price. There was a few reviews but no pictures but I took a chance anyways and when I tell u that was the best decisions we made. Not only we saved over 3k (went back into our savings) this cough estimated delivery was December 31at, we got it December 24th. I don’t normally take time to do reviews but man oh man this couch deserves a review. I’m very happy with my purchase and this couch can easily hold up to 8 whole Humans. I ordered the 157” Oversized Curved Sofa Sectional Couch in chenille because I loved the modern curved design and oversized seating. When it arrived, it looked great from a distance, and the chenille fabric is soft and comfortable. The couch is spacious and has the potential to be a beautiful centerpiece for a room. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. The sofa arrived with significant manufacturing defects, including noticeable gaps between sections that the seller claimed were within normal specifications. The defects are obvious and affect both the appearance and overall quality of the couch. Durability is a concern for me because the construction and fit of the sections do not match what I would expect from a sofa in this price range. A sectional this large should fit together properly without visible defects. The biggest disappointment has been the customer service experience. Resolving the issue has involved weeks of back-and-forth communication with very slow response times. When I requested a return, I was told I would need to compress the sofa, purchase vacuum bags or oversized boxes, and handle the packaging myself for shipment. Asking customers to package a defective 157-inch sectional couch is unreasonable. While the chenille fabric is soft and the overall design is attractive, the quality control issues and frustrating customer service process outweigh the positives. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sofa. There are other sellers offering similar curved sectionals, and I would encourage shoppers to carefully consider their options before ordering this one. Pros: * Attractive modern curved design * Soft chenille fabric * Large, comfortable seating area Cons: * Arrived with manufacturing defects * Visible gaps between sections * Questionable long-term durability * Extremely slow customer service response times * Difficult and unreasonable return process for a defective item * Poor post-sale support Value for the Money: Poor.
