  • Streamer Win - Perfect for filming your desk surface
The media could not be loaded. Using this camera mount for desk surface filming during paint streaming. I only received this today but have it all set up (super easy but it does come with complete instructions) and can't imagine it not producing adequate if not stellar results. Previous camera holders always got in my way and I'd either hit my head, hit my paintbrush on them or were just ridiculous with all their parts. This arm holds my camera up enough out of the way that I can move about. It holds my Logic camera perfectly with the attachment and is easy to move around should I need it out of the way for a minute. I love that it has a real clamp instead of a squeeze clampy thing because it's more stable. My squeeze clampy holders were unstable and my camera was always vulnerable to movement and needed adjustments frequently. You can NOT beat the price of this. Look at the other options and you will see that for the extreme versatility of this mount, you probably can't do better. I'm using a little webcam which of course doesn't weigh hardly anything but I am quite certain that my DLSR Nikon would also remain stable on this mount as well. I have included pictures with the ruler so you can see all the various ways it's arranged as well as a video explaining how I'm using it. If you're a streamer and need a stable mount that can record your desk top or whatever else, this is your camera mount. ... show more

  • The Perfect Tripod for Content Creators
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this Overhead Tripod Mount for Camera! As a graphic designer, content creator, and wig influencer, I use it all the time to record my work. In the video, you can see me setting up to record a Photoshop project I’ve been working on. The tripod’s versatility and the great adjustable angles make it my top choice. It's sturdy, reliable, and the overhead feature is perfect for capturing high-quality content. I highly recommend it to any content creator or videographer looking for a dependable setup ... show more

  • Cell phone holder on a desk lamp stand
The media could not be loaded. On the picture, this overhead tripod looked like an architect's lamp support, and when it arrived, it was precisely that in height, weight, and construction. If you are trying to decide if this is the right overhead tripod for you, just look at the table lamp you likely already own. So the tripod had a bit lighter construction than I hoped. I bought this mount to use with the Pixel 6 Pro phone, which is a fairly heavy phone. I mounted the phone using the Shinewee cell phone mount with the Ulanzo video light in the cold shoe. The phone is 7.41 oz, the light is 3.9 oz, and the cell phone mount is 4.9 oz, for a total of 16.21 oz. The tripod held this weight, but it felt that it was at the top of its capability as I had to tighten it multiple times to keep it stable. The overhead tripod came with its own cell phone holder, but that holder is pretty bad. It is a tension-built mount that did not feel sturdy or secure enough to hold a large cellphone like Pixel 6 Pro. • The tripod holds any position firmly at each joint. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I am absolutely delighted with this tripod! It does everything I need—it holds my phone exactly where I want it and in absolutely any position. The phone holder has two mounting holes, so it can be installed either vertically or horizontally. In addition, the entire holder is mounted on a ball joint, which, as you can imagine, can be rotated into any position and then fixed in place with a screw. The tripod holds any position firmly at each joint. Overall, I bought one and liked it so much that I realized I needed another one for a second location. In the end, I bought two. I highly recommend it to everyone! ... show more

  • Phone attachment sucks
The arm works well but the part that holds the phone is terrible and barely holds, drops phone constantly.

  • I have had several tripods this is better. This video I shot using this to hold my phone.
The media could not be loaded. Held my phone well. Has multiple attachments for phone and cameras. Clamped to my counter well and can move to many different positions and angles. Design is sturdy enough for a phone or smaller camera, but not sure about a dslr style camera. Great for the price.

  • Decent
The product is made with excellent worksmanship and quality. I got this for online teaching to hold my phone and take recordings of homework that has been printed out and is ready to be corrected. Potential product improvements: An additional thumb screw at the base of the unit would allow a user to tighten up the assembly so that it is tight enough to operate in a variety of positions such as a backward mounting. The clamp should be about two inches longer to allow mounting onto tables that aren't completely square and have a lip or a gap, especially tables that have a gap or a recess underneath. The fore arm springs will touch the thumb screw. Some customers may perceive that as a design quality issue. Adjust fabrication so that the clamp assembly forms 90 degree angles. I need to get a big plier to bend it into a 90 degree angle. Consider adding an extra arm on the product. That would increase versatility and range. My table has a recess on the underside which makes mounting impossible since the clamp doesn't reach deep enough. I am going to compensate for this by putting a used book under the table and I'll just rip out excess pages until that book gives me a relatively flush surface to clamp on to. ... show more
