Solid gift for kids and great to pass around with friends to get a little quick attention to show the little tigers that there's nothing to be nervous about to have your voice be heard. The way the multi colored lights go off in a techno-rainbow wave display help create a super solid positive association to the visual cues going off to the sound of their voice. Very cute, fun and nice gift for your friends kids if you wanna get the fire truck annoyance vibe without being a complete jerk. I saw it helping break the ice when interacting, sharing and sparking curiosity seeing how everyone a has and can make different voices, sing familiar tunes, make lame jokes or making announcements. Can be used to help show how loud you want to be in certain settings public and tell them to cut down on the karaoke volume having a fun phrase opposed to the alternative "hey be quiet". The OVELLIC microphone is a great device to own. my first experienced with this mic was at a friends house. She had a Karaoke night . We laughed, danced and had a amazing time. This microphone connects great and has some good features but you have to put your mouth on the microphone or yell to hear yourself well.

Based on what I read in the product description, I thought this microphone would connect to an external Bluetooth speaker, so I bought two for a reunion I'm putting on. Wrong - it can't be used in this fashion, you can only use it to play music from your phone via Bluetooth, or holler or sing into it & have your voice amplified or morphed into something weird. Probably a decent playtoy gift for kids that'll go in the closet quickly.

We’ve used this as a megaphone with the built in speaker and it’s fun to add reverb or different effects!! Then connecting to Bluetooth and playing music, the kids have fun adding their voice over the music. The sound quality is pretty good too! I wouldn’t purchase this again. The kids like it. The adults do not. The mic part that picks up your voice is only in one small spot on the very top and you have to basically put your mouth on the surface to get it to pick your voice up. The music is mostly louder than your voice. It’s kind of confusing to deal. The lights are pretty cool though and the Bluetooth element.
