The media could not be loaded. Love it. Took my brother about an hour to put together (with help from myself and our mom)! Looks gorgeous. Easy to build and put together. Once put together, it’s sturdy and functional. I am 5’6 and can lay on the couch and still have a couple feet of room at the end. The cushions are NOT thick, but they are semi comfy on first sit. I think it’ll definitely soften over time. The back support is thin and basically just pillows, but they do the job and look great. Most of the cushions covers come off so it’s easy to clean if something happens. One of the cushion covers came with a broken zipper. I messaged the seller and they were in contact within 24 hours to send me replacement cushion covers for the couple that had issues. They arrived within 2 weeks and there was very consistent communication from the seller throughout.

I love this couch. It was easy to put together. I'm a single mom and installed it alone. Took about an hour. The quality of the fabric alone is durable and so soft to touch. The cushions are easy to assemble they fluff up very well. It fits perfect in my living room.

When I got the pieces, they were packaged nicely in the different boxes, like advertised. I was struggling trying to get the pieces out of the box b/c they were so heavy😩. Anywho I got all the pieces out & I began by sorting all the pieces by letters. Some pieces weren’t labeled, but referring to the instruction manual gave good insight. I found myself having issues in the very beginning because I was trying to screw in the wrong screw. However, once I got over this hurdle I was rolling through the set up fairly quickly. Of course there were some struggles (especially with installing the back pieces and the arm rest on the right) due to having to hold certain pieces to screw it on securely while also trying to avoid it from falling out of place sooo that was really annoying. I started around 4:30 & I didn’t finish until midnight (I took a break because the beginning process defeated me!!) At the end of setting it up I found the cushions to be too big!! Thankfully I had help in the end and he was able to fix my little errors & got it all together. If you have wood flooring like me, the ottoman moves a lot!! I have yet to invest in grippers to prevent this but I plan to do so & advise you to consider doing so as well. The couch has a decent depth, but it’s pretty firm. I’ve slept on it maybe 1-2 times and it’s not all that comfortable. Despite all that, the quality is really really nice, especially for the price! So by that alone I would recommend purchasing. It’s also pretty big, the size of my living room I’d say would be average, like a medium size wall that it’s against. The color is beautiful & the gold sets it off. I’m really happy with my purchase & if you have your heart set on it, I don’t think you’d be disappointed.

Two of the pieces (for the arm attachments) were labeled incorrectly and attached on different sides than was printed on paper, but other than that this couch was super easy to put together and is surprisingly solid and comfortable. It far exceeded mine and my partners expectations for the price point. The color is PHENOMENAL. So much more beautiful in person than expected. Would certainly recommend for anyone seeking a large couch on a budget.

The media could not be loaded. Update 10/18/24 Looks can be deceiving! This couch has turned out to be the most uncomfortable couch we have ever had. As soon as we had it for a few months the cushions don’t sit right and the angle on the back isn’t comfortable at all. The whole family including the kids hates this couch. All of us can’t stand to sit on it as it gives us backaches. The cushions slide even though there is vecro and the metal feet are rough and sharp. My son has actually cut his toe on one when he accidentally walked into it. I’ll be contacting the seller because I want my money back. Do not buy unless you don’t use your couch! So far I am incredibly impressed with this product. I feel it is a great value for the money. The fabric is strong and resistant to cat scratches and messy kids. The cushions are firm and comfy and the color is so vibrant and rich. Exactly the deep green color I was looking for. My only cons would be that it’s a little short both at the seat and the back. The seat depth is also a little short. I’m a curvy girl and I wish it was wider so that I could snuggle with my husband better. So far crumbs and lint brush right off so I’d say it’s easy to clean. Although I haven’t had a big spill or anything like that to test it out. The bottom cushions are secured with Velcro but the tops are not. I actually prefer that though, so that we may angle them the way we want depending on how we are sitting on it.

The couch is an absolutely beautiful and comfy! The assembly was straight to the point, and was to navigate. Me and mom took about 2 hours to put together, and we are very tiny ladies. Everything can be put together with the L screw that’s included. Even when the ottoman cushion didn’t fit, the company had good communication and sent out a new one! Thank you! Definitely recommend!
