Nice bike ride fun but inliner tube went flat both tire within a week not because of nail. Need replacement inliner tube that so soon compared to ridstar e-bike I had. Seller need improve the quality of the tire and inliner tube

I’ve just passed the 100-mile mark on this e-bike and I can confidently say… I love this thing. Delivery & Setup: The bike arrived in one box, undamaged, and nearly fully assembled, way more assembled than the videos led me to expect, which was a little confusing at first. I found myself second-guessing steps because the video guides seem outdated. But realistically, all I had to do was attach the handlebars and front wheel. After that, it was ready to ride! Customer Service: On day two, my front tire went flat. Total bummer, until I reached out to the seller through Amazon. They had already messaged me after purchase to confirm a few things (nice touch), and the moment I reported the flat, they shipped a new inner tube for free. It arrived the next day. I had the bike back on the road in 15 minutes. That kind of support? Rare. Battery & Ride Performance: Battery performance is solid. I’ve noticed it drains a little faster in 80°F+ weather (pretty normal for e-bikes), but last night I rode for 2 hours, a mix of pedal assist and full throttle at various speeds, and got about 25 miles, with juice to spare. Perfect range for my regular rides along Cherry Creek Trail into downtown Denver. Features: The horn and blinkers are surprisingly handy in the city. The headlight is a bit dim (likely to conserve battery), so I use a secondary light for night rides. The top speed was already unlocked right out of the box, no hidden settings to mess with, and it MOVES. Comfort & Fit: I’m 5’10”, around 210 lbs. The size is great for taller riders, and I fit fine, but when pedaling, my knees come up pretty high. Not a dealbreaker, just feels a little awkward. The seat? Let’s just say it’s not made for bigger folks or long hauls. Gets uncomfortable fast, I’m constantly shifting to find a sweet spot. (To be fair, I’m using this bike because I’m working on that. So hey motivation.) Suspension: Front shock absorption is decent. But the back? It’s a hard frame, no rear suspension, so your spine takes the hits. I felt it after a 2-hour ride, but that’s standard bike soreness. Nothing serious. Looks & Attention: This thing turns heads. People constantly ask me about it. It just has that sleek, eye-catching look. Final Thoughts: Aside from a flat tire (handled fast and for free) and the comfort quirks that come with my size, I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. Great value, solid performance, awesome support. Highly recommend it for commuters, casual riders, or anyone getting back into biking.

Was looking through e bikes for both Speed & distance for a reasonable price after looking through many many e bikes found this one and bought it. i used to e bike on a bike half the size that goes only 10 mph slower than this one and to compare the 2 this one has fatter tires make turning a bit more awkward well for me as i love leaning into them so definitely watch out for that if your making the tire switch. for the assembly i put this together pretty easy in about 30 mins without watching every little thing of the assembly video with a box cutter for those tuff cables a wrench and an allen wrench set even then if you don't have these things they provide you with whats needed and i was good to go it also comes with 2 optional parts a 2nd seat and fenders which i would definitely throw on and as for the 2nd seat up to you the weight is pretty light for its size i'm 150 pounds going to the gym some times and its a bit heavy but moveable if you need to turn it or place it somewhere. a tip for tires get tire slime, a stem remover for the tube and a tube to put the slime into the tire to make sure your tire wont pop for 100s of miles to get the distance on 1 ride Side note : Amazing customer service they had constant check ups during delivery and when i got my package my tire was flat upon arrival most likely due to bad delivery by fedex as they gave me a hassle but i let them know sent some proof and my address and they had a new tube for my tire sent out free of charge hassle free they just made sure it was actually leaking air

Purchased this for my sons 13th BD on May 3. Received it quickly, my son loved it until today. Just short of 3 months after purchase, it stopped working. Completely. We have never left the battery outside due to the summer heat. We watch it closely when charging, and unplug it immediately when it turns green. Of course it's outside the return window, so we now have an expensive garage decoration. The company is unable to be reached, the website on the description is not a valid page, and the phone number is a google voice mail. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am a single mom with limited finances. This was a gigantic waste of valuable resources. I need to note, that my son is only with me every other week, so this bike has only been used 5 weeks approximately.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My 12yr old son has been researching bikes for over 2 months and finally broke me down on allowing him to purchase this ebike. The price of the bike for what was offered was the main reason for purchase. The different and visible speed settings, extra size, room for a friend (his little sister rides with him all the time), as well as the light for safety are the reasons we chose this bike over others. The shipping was a bit pricey but compared to purchasing other bikes it was still a better buy for our family. We have had the bike for just under 6 months and still highly satisfied with our purchase! My son is 5’1”, weighs 85lbs and handles the bike no problem.
