When I was in the market for an e-bike for my 13 year old son I researched extensively for something that was reasonably priced and had all of the features he was looking for. I am extremely happy that I found this bike. It is made well, has a lot of great features, fairly easy to assemble, and is fun to ride. A huge bonus was the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I purchased this bike, the seller kept me well informed during the shipping process and responded to all of my questions promptly. When I received the bike, I noticed that the horn part (which did not impact the bike itself) was cracked. I reached out to the seller, and they immediately shipped out a new part (free of charge) and sent me a video on how to install it (a very easy fix). I have to say that the customer service is excellent, and I felt supported throughout the process. As a matter of fact, I was so happy with the bike and the customer service I received that I actually purchased another one for my husband for his birthday! ... show more
