Very satisfied with the product (12x16ft Brown Gazebo). Helped delivery person to unload from the truck, otherwise it may get bended as very heavy boxes for a single person to handle. Every box protected well enough but aluminum is easy to ben if dropped during delivery. I did not tight any screws until I finished with the roof panels. It was easy to move everything when they are loose. If i notice any screws i could not get to it later, I tighten those up only (top air went roof side screws). It took me 3 days mostly worked alone and about 4-5 hours a day. Now I need to make sure all screws are tight but not rushing on it. It is useable as it is right now. ... show more

    • This is beautiful but it took 3 of us over 7 hours to put together.

Edit: At the first rain, the gazebo leaked at the middle joints of the frame. I'd like to hear from the manufacturer how to fix this as it sits on our deck under eaves and dripped on furniture. I was also under the impression that the rain would run down the middle of the corner posts and it ran on the outside of the posts - again dripping on deck parts that need to stay dry. This gazebo is very sturdy and looks really good but it took 3 of us over 7 hours to put together and our friend had just helped another friend put a similar one together so he could follow the picture instructions easily. The instructions are pictures only and it's really easy to miss a step and have to go back and undo steps to add the missed step. Written instructions to go with the pictures would be very helpful and could quite possibly make it go faster. Also, the Z and Z1 parts made no sense to us and did not seem to play any role in placing the Q, R and S panels so we ended up not using them. They easily came off the panels inside the slots and had to be removed to put back on the panels. ... show more

This gazebo is much better than what I was expecting. I assembled the 12 x 16 by myself in about 7 1/2 hours. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that a few pieces were damaged and I had to "repair" ๐Ÿ”จ

I love the patio but the instructions were horrible and putting it together was difficult. There were several things that had to be undone and redone several times.

this is 2 weeks later they still cannot produce 1 panel to finish this roof!!! I will post a picture of this ! the box was short 1 panel and some defective screw's and bolt's they sent us that and it was a week later there was no panel we called several times about the panel and just get a run around there pretty nasty there . we spent alot of money you would think they would of rushed the panel ??? there is no exuse for this treatment do not buy from this place there are better places to buy alot of the beams were sratched and marked up but hey once you install this how are you to getit down and return it? so now I will takes a picutre of the undone roof and post it for everyone to see just what you get when you puchase this! Plus all the scratches and damages to the post and inside frame check pictures out for this kind of money this is unacceptable and weโ€™re not taking down and shipping it back really what do you do as you go along and run through all this ... show more

Came in 6 huge boxes Need to unbox the day before assembly and take black marker and label each piece Need 2- 6 foot ladders to safely assemble the covering need 3 people for assembly One person should be fairly good at assembling things We had an 80 year old, 58 year old and 29 year old and everything went well Took about 6 hours with a 30 min lunch break to complete the basic assembly ... show more

They donโ€™t come with instructions they say to down load them not everyone has a way to do this at 2500 dollars they could put some written instructions in with it
