I am extremely happy with this product. It is an eye-catcher. Product was delivered on time. It was relatively easy to put together. A few minor instruction items were not totally clear, but we stumbled through with flying color's. The unit is very sturdy. There was some light damage but the company has an excellent guarantee. make sure to lay out the parts and inspect them before you put it together. Make sure if you need replacement parts, that you do not put it together until you get the replacement parts. I have many family and friends who are asking where they can get one. (I had posted my completed project on Facebook.)

Edit: At the first rain, the gazebo leaked at the middle joints of the frame. I'd like to hear from the manufacturer how to fix this as it sits on our deck under eaves and dripped on furniture. I was also under the impression that the rain would run down the middle of the corner posts and it ran on the outside of the posts - again dripping on deck parts that need to stay dry. This gazebo is very sturdy and looks really good but it took 3 of us over 7 hours to put together and our friend had just helped another friend put a similar one together so he could follow the picture instructions easily. The instructions are pictures only and it's really easy to miss a step and have to go back and undo steps to add the missed step. Written instructions to go with the pictures would be very helpful and could quite possibly make it go faster. Also, the Z and Z1 parts made no sense to us and did not seem to play any role in placing the Q, R and S panels so we ended up not using them. They easily came off the panels inside the slots and had to be removed to put back on the panels.

This is a great gazebo it is not easy to put together but I did not expect it to be. Every thing fits and all the bolt holes line up. Very well packaged only a couple bent corners that was easy to straighten. A lot of it can be done by one person but the rails and roof is a 2 man job. We put the roof on the house side first and slid it in to place under the overhang. It just happened to start poring rain just after we got it in place the rain splashed off the roof and ran down the side of the house and door I did not like that I decided to fix it. I added a rubber flap that would lay against the side of the house and made blocks to raise it 3". I used silicone to seal the joints in the side rails they will drip water when it rains if you don't. I also drilled a hole in bottom of the corner pieces some brands come with it but this one did not. Watch some YouTube videos. Even for different brands there are a lot of tips and tricks that are very helpful.

Wouldn’t know if it’s easy to assemble. I received 5 out of 6 boxes 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the last box that has everything in it to assemble the thing. Last box says it’s been in NY since 4/23 and I can’t get any updates on it 🙄

I purchased this 12x16 gazebo in June of 2023. The unit arrived with no issues, packed in several boxes. I built this on my own, with only a little help from my neighbors to get the high beams up and secured I must say, this has been a game changer for us! This amazing gazebo was extremely easy to put together (yes, I'm a handy guy, so that helped) with directions that couldn't be easier to follow. Just take your time, separate the parts based on the boxes they arrived in. Open the bubble wrapped screws and other misc. parts in baggies in order to save time peeling them off one at at time. Use your battery operated drill/screw bits versus the supplied hex wrench. The gazebo is so well built, I couldn't believe it. EVERY piece fit where it was supposed to with NO additional drilling or trying to 'fudge' it into place. The fit and finish of each part is perfect! It's obvious that much thought has gone into the design and manufacture of this fantastic unit! It has added greatly to our outdoor living. For years, we basically had a deck that was unusable due to the amount of sun that beat down. But that has all changed! I added a really cool ceiling fan (see photos) to help cool things down on warmer days. A 32" TV with ceiling mount to watch some football games and YouTube videos. And the fire table was a PERFECT addition for cool evenings! My wife spends as much time as possible in this new area. We haven't had the need to use the supplied curtains or bug screens. But we've got them up and ready for when they are needed. You won't go wrong with this gazebo! It checks all the boxes for a superior outdoor living experiences! Great on our patio. Assembly instructions were sometimes difficult to follow. Four screws were shorter than needed but it worked out. Would buy it again!!
