Addendum: Since posting my original review, the merchant has reached out to me and is being very gracious and helpful in addressing my complaints. While I still stand by my review of the product itself, I am very impressed by the expedience in which the merchant has responded and the professional integrity that has been demonstrated. Thank you. This is the flimsiest gazebo I have ever owned. Overall, the structure is small, really small. I have no doubt the canopy will tear before the summer is over. The fabric is shockingly thin, and the seams are not finished or reinforced. The screen is also extremely light and has minimal ties, so the slightest wind blows it all over the place. I can't imagine sitting inside it with the screens zipped. Since there are no lower/base screen ties,the breeze tosses it around wildly. The directions are minimal and hard to decipher - no words, just diagrams. Not all parts were marked, so assembly was unnecessarily more difficult that it should have been. No extra screws or bolts are included, so if one should roll under the deck, you're out of luck. The tiny tools they included are laughable; you'll need to use your own. I wish there would have been a way to really tell how poorly made everything was before having to assemble it. At this point, there's no returning it. I'll just suffer through for a month or so...at which point I am sure it will have broken...and then buy another, better quality gazebo from another manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another brand gazebo. This one is an absolute waste of time and money.

Our small back patio gets baked in full sun in the summer, so we needed a simple shade to set up, however all of the pergolas I found were too low and would cut across our back windows. This product is 9 ft tall so clears the windows with room to spare. We didn’t want to install anything permanent so these are perfect for now. We ended up getting a second one for the other side and can grill under it without any issue. The only “problem” with the height is it does still let the sun in quite a bit as the sun rises and sets. We may try adding curtains but they would have to be sheers because the poles are not sturdy enough for much more weight. Either way, we are enjoying being outside more with the shade!

I ordered this for a couple of reasons, 1) it had a replaceable canopy and 2) it was a heavy-duty frame with a slant roof that fit my oddly sized patio area. The item arrived and was a beast to put together for one person. Hint if you buy one, they provide tools to screw in the double-sided bolts, but mine were packaged in with the bungees, which would be the last item you would open when putting this thing together, so you can guess how that went. Some of the poles were bent and required force to join together. I put the canopy on, up the structure up and it leaked through the center seam the first light rain we had. I figured I could seal that, but went to buy a replacement canopy just in case. Surprise surprise, they don't sell replacement canopies, even though the original listing indicated they did. Anyway, this went up in May and this is what it looks like this morning. Split right down the seam. My patio gets direct sunlight all day (hence the need for a gazebo like this and one that boasts a PVC Coated Polyester Roof) and this is what it looks like after 3 months of being up. I'd be less angry if the outdoor season were over, but where I'm locate we have until mid-October to enjoy the outdoor space. I've contacted the company, we'll see if they respond. If not, add Outsunny to a growing list of products available on Amazon that I will not purchase in the future. What a waste of time and money.

The Gazebo is small for a 10x10. The construction of the frame is minimally adequate for light use. I was replacing a gazebo purchased from Aldi in 2019 at half the price. This unit is much poorer quality. Not a good value for the cost.

First I would like to start off by saying the gazebo I received was definitely not a 10x10, It's an 8x8 but I can live with it. The assembly was not bad, I was able to assemble it myself in 2 1/2 hours over 2 days. I anchored the gazebo to my concrete slab so it will not blow away, it does wobble but unless you have very strong winds it should remain standing. So far it is going well, I've had a few windy days since installation and it is still upright.
