The bench takes time to assemble- can be a ine person deal better with two- bench is beautiful- sturdy and cushions are very good quality!! I would have given 5 stars however some of the hardware was missing- it looked like the box had been opened before as some of the hardware was loose in the box with some missing. Messaged them thru Amazon and customer service responded thru message and sent out right away.

I recently redone my front padio.I love the deep red color,with wicker. This bench is comfortable to sit on,but opens up to store my out door,throw pillows and blankets. Preparing for a hurricane made easy!!

Seems sturdy, just wide enough for two people to sit next to each other, but no protection inside from the weather, the sides, top and bottom are not lined with anything, and the "rattan" is not solid, you san see daylight through it.

It looks nice and feels decently sturdy after assembly, but the assembly process was a nightmare. The instructions were just pictures, no written instructions. The pieces all need to be in the correct place to be assembled properly and not all of the pieces were labeled. One of the holes for a bolt was covered by the wicker material and I had to cut it off to complete the assembly. Holes are misaligned so not all the bolts were able to be connected completely. After getting to the end of the installation, I realized that the two pieces with handles were swapped, so the hydraulic piece would not be able to be installed, instead of taking it all apart just to put it back together, I will go without the hydraulic. The lid is very light, so I don't really know why it would be necessary. For the price, I would expect better instructions and build quality. It will still serve the purpose that I need it for. The brand label was installed upsidedown which led to installing one of the sides upsidedown and needing to take it apart after the first step, I will be throwing the brand label away. I had to hammer the bottom into place in order to complete the installation. From someone who enjoys putting together furniture and Amazon purchases, this was an overall nightmare.

Seller refunded. Quick response and good communication. Changed rating. Hard to put together. The bench top will not close correctly. Very disappointed. Works good if you don’t need to get into the bench for storage.
