arrived on time, with everything... one wheel was broken off but didn't really concern me as this was for my back yard... bigger than i thought and i decided not to extend it to its maximum height (i'm 5'6" and it is fine)... took about 30 minutes all-in to deploy it, stake it, etc... since i want this more permanent i did get extra stakes: both metal hooks for tents and smaller (4.5") plastic (for landscaping) to define the bottom edges and add more stability... i've had this set up for about a week and already it has survived three big Midwest summer thunderstorms (big enough to knock out power in the city to more than 90,000)... very happy with this purchase.

I'm 64 and disabled. My wife is vertically challenge (short). This is marketed and sold as an "easy pop up design"; my A$$!!! You open the very lousy assembly instructions which has no printed instructions and immediately it shows a 4 person set up, one at each corner to both pull the frame fully out and then later putting the very very thin plastic top on. Reality is you need at least 3 and 4 is better to not twist and bend. If your a senior just you and a spouse to not buy this it's just not user friendly to our demographic, even young without 4 people be warehouse. Yes that's enough to warrent 1 star because of your marketing ad easy push up. Easy is not a 4 people requirement. Other that that the frame was surprising quality and for the cost I give it 5 star. The quality of the vinal top, 2 stars, 1 star would be paper, news paper might be equil to it - again absolutely no instructions on how to.lay out install or where to attach the many velcro straps. Yes there's at least 3 ways you can do it. The legs are a little wobbly on top notch but much better on 2 or 3. If your young and have plenty of help ALL the time, for the money it's as good as anything else today, probably worth the investment. I'm keeping it because of price and I've got it set up: but I will not buy one again. I expect it will last 2-4 years max.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Very nice. The canopy wasn't on it when it came, so that was a pain to put on. I thought since it was a pop-up, it'd be pop-up ready to go. So, that was disappointing. But it looks nice, & i like it. I love the gray. It's different, & the hexagonal shape is also different than the standard. I live in an area that can be wondy. So, I bought landscaping stones & tied the ropes to those instead of using the metal stakes. I also lowered it for a bad storm. It held up well with those precautions.

Love the color and the shape. I do feel however have clearer instruction's. Although it was extremely hard, but the instructions should give step by step instructions putting on the 2 part top. I had to figure out how to myself.

The instructions were bad, incomplete, however trial and error its up and everything in place more or less. The fabric material does not feel very sturdy, I don't expect it to last multiple seasons. It is pretty much what I expected for the price.
