1st time we put it up a metal support broke where it was screwed together. Total junk. Bought it for a party so my husband had to MacGyver it so we would have some shade. Disappointed to say the least. Update: After I submitted my review the seller contacted me and gave me options of a refund or ship a new one out and I didn’t have to send them the broken one. So I sent them pictures of the broken one and received my new one within three days. THEY reached out to me which I find refreshing since customer service has seemed to have vanished from current times. A1 customer service and I now highly recommend doing business with this vendor. They obviously stand behind their products!

Update to original review. Anyone see those two tiny staple on the left side of leg in the second picture? That is the two 1/4" thin staples that someone thought would hold the bracket to the leg.. I'm no engineer, but can assure you, neither is designer. So of course when putting up, the staples have out, cause they are tiny and the brackets came loose and broke.. this caused rent to collapse and break more. THANKFULLY I'm still within the return window.... Original review: As several reviews state, this is not a one or two person set up. once set up, when setting up (for the first time) plastic cap at top of two of the legs split and won't sit properly and the roof span from those corners won't pop into place. tent material is thin, so will probably let water through in heavy rain, but fine for light rain/heavy dew. there are gaps between screen and roof that are going to allow bugs in (sides tie to framework rather than to roof) and vented roof is not actually attached to roof, so if you're using this to NOT get eaten alive by mosquitos like me, make sure you have that area draped properly before raising/expanding the tent fully. gave it 3 stars since it's okay for price paid.

I love it looks great!! it was easy to set up minus the picture instructions would have been nice to not feel like I was looking at a picture book and actually have a description of the directions with the pictures which is why I only gave 4 stars. Make sure you have enough people to assemble this as the cross beams are pretty weak and bend super easy

We bought this item and a heavy wind blew it down unfortunately past our return period. We contacted customer service and they sent us a whole new piece to replace the broken one. Thank you very much for the support much appreciated.

The instructions were bad, incomplete, however trial and error its up and everything in place more or less. The fabric material does not feel very sturdy, I don't expect it to last multiple seasons. It is pretty much what I expected for the price.

for the price you can't beat it and it was very easy to set up and you sure do need four people do not try alone trust me you can't do it when you get to the last part of lifting it all evenly so you can eat end legs and lock in. saving some time for ya lol

I'm 64 and disabled. My wife is vertically challenge (short). This is marketed and sold as an "easy pop up design"; my A$$!!! You open the very lousy assembly instructions which has no printed instructions and immediately it shows a 4 person set up, one at each corner to both pull the frame fully out and then later putting the very very thin plastic top on. Reality is you need at least 3 and 4 is better to not twist and bend. If your a senior just you and a spouse to not buy this it's just not user friendly to our demographic, even young without 4 people be warehouse. Yes that's enough to warrent 1 star because of your marketing ad easy push up. Easy is not a 4 people requirement. Other that that the frame was surprising quality and for the cost I give it 5 star. The quality of the vinal top, 2 stars, 1 star would be paper, news paper might be equil to it - again absolutely no instructions on how to.lay out install or where to attach the many velcro straps. Yes there's at least 3 ways you can do it. The legs are a little wobbly on top notch but much better on 2 or 3. If your young and have plenty of help ALL the time, for the money it's as good as anything else today, probably worth the investment. I'm keeping it because of price and I've got it set up: but I will not buy one again. I expect it will last 2-4 years max.
