1st time we put it up a metal support broke where it was screwed together. Total junk. Bought it for a party so my husband had to MacGyver it so we would have some shade. Disappointed to say the least. Update: After I submitted my review the seller contacted me and gave me options of a refund or ship a new one out and I didn’t have to send them the broken one. So I sent them pictures of the broken one and received my new one within three days. THEY reached out to me which I find refreshing since customer service has seemed to have vanished from current times. A1 customer service and I now highly recommend doing business with this vendor. I rarely give a 1 star review, I usually don't say anything but I am livid. What a disaster of a product! The frame was good...sturdy I thought. The top is thin cheap and tears easily. I put together , the fly top is held by small pegs and I have no confidence. Under canopy has a way too big opening on top. I double secure the lege so it is not bouncing around. This is mounted on my deck for shade. First breeze and I mean breeze, the frame buckles on three sides and the canopy tears. I have vast experience with pop ups as a craft show participant. Even the $60 cheapies lasted a couple of years before they tore. Piece of junk unless for inside use. The netting walls are nice. Hope I get my money back. ... show more

If I could give 10 stars I would. So easy to assemble and the blue is such a deep dark blue and looks so good. Literally took us 30 minutes to put together. The best price and water resistant! I sprayed it with some extra water proofing spray as well. It’s beautiful !!!

While I can’t say I don’t stand by what I said about the product, I will say that after reaching out to the seller that the customer service they provided to help resolve my issue was exceptional. So much so that I would purchase from them again and take another chance on a well priced product. I literally added two stars for the customer care alone. Well done Aosom! This is easy to assemble, portable not so much. Once it’s up, enjoy it while you can because the slightest breeze will destroy it and any movement will snap the metal right in half. Not bend it, not break it at the joints, THE METAL BARS WILL SNAP IN HALF. Very cheaply made, you barely get what you pay for with this and you will never get it back in the box to return it (let alone for it to be portable). I would pass on this and just get a better one for a little more money. ... show more

I am very disappointed in item. First off- no clear directions, the item did NOT match illustration. Very hard to assemble. The color was supposed to be DARK blue- it is royal blue. It took 3 of us to assemble and is not as nice as it is represented. !. I would not buy again . I am thinking of sending it back! ... show more

I'm 64 and disabled. My wife is vertically challenge (short). This is marketed and sold as an "easy pop up design"; my A$$!!! You open the very lousy assembly instructions which has no printed instructions and immediately it shows a 4 person set up, one at each corner to both pull the frame fully out and then later putting the very very thin plastic top on. Reality is you need at least 3 and 4 is better to not twist and bend. If your a senior just you and a spouse to not buy this it's just not user friendly to our demographic, even young without 4 people be warehouse. Yes that's enough to warrent 1 star because of your marketing ad easy push up. Easy is not a 4 people requirement. Other that that the frame was surprising quality and for the cost I give it 5 star. The quality of the vinal top, 2 stars, 1 star would be paper, news paper might be equil to it - again absolutely no instructions on how to.lay out install or where to attach the many velcro straps. Yes there's at least 3 ways you can do it. The legs are a little wobbly on top notch but much better on 2 or 3. If your young and have plenty of help ALL the time, for the money it's as good as anything else today, probably worth the investment. I'm keeping it because of price and I've got it set up: but I will not buy one again. I expect it will last 2-4 years max. ... show more
