Disappointed to say the least. Update: After I submitted my review the seller contacted me and gave me options of a refund or ship a new one out and I didn’t have to send them the broken one. So I sent them pictures of the broken one and received my new one within three days. This is a well looking 10. But we put it up in the very next day through the slight wind storm. And it already found one of the way and the metal almost broke all the way through. I assumed it came with like weights. Which it did not. So that’s something I had to buy extra that I really wasn’t planning on. Just know you’ll have to invest another $50 yourself without weights ... show more

Followed the very limited instructions. Two adults that have had an easy up tent before, this one seems too tight, and the legs won't raise with the corners popping into place. My arms are jelly struggling to put this up. Save your money Update **** After calling the company on a Friday night to at least see if there was a part they could send me to make things right, the representative was able to more than meet my expectations. Found loose ring when opened product and discovered a broken piece of plastic that connects to the ring. Unfortunately, these pieces are crucial to a plastic pin that holds up the legs of the canopy. Canopy covering was also compromised. We assembled the canopy but probably won't be able to use it again once taken down. Very disappointed! ... show more
