It appears to be made well otherwise, good material, looks good. If placing on a wood deck probably would be best to screw into deck, don't think sandbags would work

Easy to assemble. Very study. However, this gazebo needs one major improvement. The mesh walls just hang from the top part of the tent with intermittent velcro ties. Therefore, there are large gaps where the walls sag between velcro ties allowing lots of bugs to come in. I thought that the walls had velcro all along the top of the panels and would velcro all the way across the top of the canopy without any gaps. That is definitely not the case. The intermittent velcro ties used to hang the walls are not adequate for keeping bugs out. ... show more
