I ordered and received my canopy tent about July 1, 2023. Stupid me, waited until it cooled off outside (Oct. 4th) to set it up so it could be used. Thus loosing my 30 warranty. To start with right out of the box one of the metal brackets was broken my husband replaced it with a piece off my other frame. So it's been set up about 2 weeks. Wed evening and Thurs. we had a little bit of wind, maybe 5-7 mph if that. Which ended up causing 2 more brackets to break at the joints and the canopy will NOT stay on it. Theres nothing on the top to attach to the frame work other than the cord to run to anchor to the ground so it goes all over the place with just a little bit of wind. I give this thing a star rating of minus 5 stars. And suggest if you do take a chance open it and check it out before your dead line. ... show more

Broke within one week. First rain. There is no way to attach the canopy but on the legs, so it doesn’t stay tight when it gets rained on. It collected water and caved in breaking the polls. The water holes are useless if the material doesn’t hold tight allowing it to run down in the holes.

The canopy is great. It is mainly being used to keep our cats on the deck and provide a shaded area. The screen doesn’t have enough straps to keep it tight against the top. So far so good though. We’ve only had it a week.
