My husband and I are 60 years old and put this together with few problems. The picture instructions were pretty easy to follow and all the bolt holes lined up. A helpful hint is that before you put the roof panels on loosen the roof frame and top cap bolts a little so you can maneuver the panels into place easier. Customer service - outstanding!! Responsive, approachable, understanding, accommodating Gazebo - fairly easy to assemble if you pay attention to the instructions. You need at least 2 people to get this installed, 3(!) if possible Recommendation - do NOT fasten the base/foundation (as I did to begin with) until roof is installed and secured. You will need the ability to bend and adjust corners to get things to fit Do NOT use drill to fasten screws. It will take longer but using a screwdriver and fastening manually will mitigate the risk of breaking the bolts. They are quite fragile NEGATIVE- I don’t like the fact nor do I think it is fair to us, consumer, that it is advertised the gazebo is 10’ by 12’ but it is NOT! It measures 9’ by 11’ ONLY which is 22sqf less than advertised and, for that reason alone, I give it a 3 stars overall ... show more

We have been looking for a nice metal gazebo for the past year; this one is great! It has the mesh and regular curtain(bugs and sun) which others charged extra for. We are happy with our recent purchase and would recommend this item to anyone looking for a gazebo.

I read many reviews before buying this gazebo, and chose this one because it had the fewest negative reviews. My experience was great! Product arrived on time, intact, and exactly as advertised. Product arrived via FedEx within 3 days of purchase. Assembly took 1 person with a helper working 6 hours. Gazebo is well built and looks exactly as pictured. We did purchase additional anchors to better secure it deeper into the ground. We are very satisfied with our purchase and We've receive lots of compliments. ... show more

The gazebo is nice. Looks great! Sturdy and fairly easy to put together. DOWNFALL- are the silver screws that don't match the brown hammered look of the gazebo. Sticks out like a SORE THUMB. The company needs to get matching screw colors all around. You look up at the roof and see metal screws right away. It isn't pleasant to the eye at all. They did refund me $150 since I complained, but now I have to fix this to make it look pleasing. ... show more

This was expensive, and was delivered with so many dents, it should have gone right back. The only reason we kept, and installed, it was because we already had a team of friends and family on site to help. Once up, the dents aren't that Noticeable, esp with netting up, and it’s a nice unit. I was hoping we could sit in it during the rain, but it blows in from the sides. I guess the privacy curtains would have to be totally closed. That would be awfully hot and stuffy, however. ... show more

The gazebo arrived quickly and was extremely well packed, so no damages to the structure. I won’t say that it was easy to put together, but my husband and I managed to do it in a couple of days. The directions for assembly were in a diagram format that could have included a few helpful written instructions as a supplement. My beef is with the netting and the curtains. They were at least three or four inches too long! I think that the dragging back and forth on the ground in the breeze, will wear them out very quickly. I reached out to the seller about exchanging them for a shorter set, but they said that it wasn’t possible. ... show more
