I bought this gazebo because I have no shade and no privacy in my yard. I figured if I'm going to be stuck here for months during this quarantine I need a nice place to hang out in my humble backyard. I put this together with my two sons. Overall, it was a simple, but long task in building this thing. I enjoy building so I didn't mind. The only complaint I have with the structure is the four corner decorative tops did not go on well. Only two remain after building this structure as when trying to put them on the popped off several times and were completely impossible to reattach because the part became stuck inside the connector area. I still haven't revisited this issue. Other than that, this gazebo is completely awesome. I LOVE this thing. It is very sturdy. It is durable and the curtains are very strong material. I was really happy with what I got for the price. Very good quality. Several people have been surprised that I got what I got for the price as well. So I do recommend this product. Make sure you have help setting it up! I can't drill into the ground as I am a renter and my gazebo is on concrete. We have some high winds here sometimes so I put one of the legs into a cute planter and then buried it with rocks. I will probably plant some little plants on top and add more planters for extra secureness during the winter. Super happy with this product. ... show more

Where to begin with this product. Let's start with its not 10' x 10' Even measuring from the outside of the poles to the outside of the opposite pole its only 9 foot 8 if you are being generous with your measuring. The materials were delivered and were supposed to be new, however, it looks like someone tried to assemble this particular unit before and it didn't work out so well. There were an unacceptable number of dents, dings, nicks and scratches in the four corner posts. One of the four post toppers was broken upon delivery. At that point I should have boxed the entire thing back up and returned it, but I didn't. Next up are the assemble instructions. There are several places where the instructions should have been made way more clear. This thing has to screw in four screws that you will later have to remove to put the canopy in. Speaking of the canopy, the y connectors for the four long poles of the canopy are so misaligned that you need to exercise extreme caution when putting it together or you may end up losing some fingers. Personally, if this had been bought from a local store I would have boxed it up and taken it back. FOLLOW-UP: After having this item for 8 days it is totally destroyed. The metal framework gave way and bent in places that make me glad I discovered the issue before the canopy fell on someone in the hot tub located under it. I am now going to have to have this piece of junk hauled away for scrap metal and find a replacement. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Reasonable cost. We have had unpredictable severe weather and it has survived without any tears. Canopy did lift out of where instructed to secure on 2 of the corners. We chose to use a brown bungee cord for those corners to resecure rather than redo as directed and has worked fine. We screwed posts to the deck so it is secure. My husband an I put together in about 2 hours with a few curse words here and there. It was our first one putting together in fairness! I did contact company regarding directions as what came was incomplete and was emailed them same day. We have received loads of compliments and inquiries as to where we purchased it.     • Color is not Off White. It is tan.
It looks so much better than a "pop up" and provides great shade. A few of my pieces were bent. The box was in perfect shape so it doesn't appear that the damage happened in transit. Assembly was quick but definitely a 2 person job. I used a 9/64 hex bit for my drill to make quick work of things. I whish the color was truly Off White. It is beige or tan. Looks like I bought it at a big chain. Could be so much better in a lighter color. ... show more

Would give it a 5 rating but it did have a dent in one of the poles. It was at the bottom of the base and didn’t affect putting it together. Didn’t opt to return because had a gathering following day that I needed it for. Otherwise super happy with the product. Need extra hands to help hold whole putting together but other than that was relatively easy to put it together! Worth the price!! Very happy with it. ... show more

Finally got this up and assembled. Several poles were dented, the instructions are hard to figure out and I assembled a few things upside down/backwards before I figured it out in the next step. Definitely a two person operation, and it feels pretty janky. I can’t imagine it ever surviving a real storm, or actual weather. But we live in California in the Bay Area, so not many worries in that regard. I’m not sure if they sent me the wrong size curtains or not, but mine have about a 3’ gap from closing, once the back and sides are zipped. (Have contacted the seller, will update) ... show more

Excellent frame. The problem is after 1 and 1/2 years the fabric has dry rotted! And they don't offer a replacement for the side walls or the top canopy! So depressing!

We're very satisfied with the gazebo except for one issue. We store the canopy inside for six months, it's only in the elements from late spring through mid fall. The canopy has green smudges all over it apparently from the trees even tho it's not directly under a tree. I've tried everything recommended to remove the smudges with no success. I would like to buy a new canopy but I understand the manufacture will only sell the complete gazebo. The only thing I need is the canopy as the frame is in excellent condition. ... show more
