We love our new canopy!!! This company has EXTREMELY good customer service. We got the box unloaded and noticed that a part was missing. Called the company and instead of waiting for weeks because the part was on back order they sent us a whole new unit in 3 days!!! This is very well made and sturdy. It gets windy where I live so I recommend you bolt it down with one sided Bolts that come with it. For example the way I set up this unit I put 1ft. Squared blocks on each corner drill a hole to fit the anchor then use the Bolts that come with it and push it up through the bottom so you can screw the nut on the base and it is real sturdy 2 holes on each post. Also the cross beams and post hardware is very well designed. My wife and I had this together in 2 hours and it was a fairly easy build. We definitely would recommend this product.

This gazebo is extremely nice and well worth the money. I was leery at first about the assembly when reading other reviews, however if you start assembling the gazebo, keeping in mind that according to reviews it is going to be difficult and expecting it to be a pain, it really isn’t bad. But take your time. Piece of advice before you put the top bars in place put both pieces of the roof material on it, then put the roof bars on the frame, finally attaching the roof material to the side frames. It’s been 3 months and the Gazebo has held up great, ( I did attach it with concrete screws to my patio because the area is known to be like a strong wind tunnel, but the gazebo has held up wonderfully! No complaints whatsoever. I’m finally enjoying my backyard bug free!

I tried to submit an honest review for this item before (with ample pictures), but it got rejected. I did not violate any of Amazon’s guidelines to my knowledge. This item arrived with most all roof parts dented and/or bent and rusted. The aluminum legs were in almost perfect condition. The steel feet were bent and rusted. Some of the welds in the framework were broken. There were chips in the powder coating. The seams in the canopy and curtains were all sewn very loosely. The fabrics were flimsy. However, the mosquito netting seemed very durable. I wonder if Amazon will allow this review, as they rapidly accepted a good review for another purchase that same week. I buy from Amazon almost 2 to 3 times a month. I have no issues with most of my purchases. But both times I’ve tried to submit a negative review, they’ve been rejected. This was not a good purchase. The quality was terrible. Buyer beware.

Overall this product is a winner. I was looking for something that could stand up to the strong winds and it has done so every time. I put sandbags around each leg of the Gazebo on my concrete patio and it has not disappointed. I will say one minor fault is that with heavy rain, it will leak on the inside and get wet but I can live with that because enjoying it while being in the rain was not my main goal. It was more so to enjoy the outdoors, eat, and drink without the bugs and this Gazebo has delivered. Assembly was not a hard task either. It only took a few hours with help. Great buy.

I am typically not the one to leave reviews although I probably should more often. I HAD to leave one for this amazing Gazebo. I did A LOT of research before buying this Gazebo and I am so glad I picked this one. First off, I don't know why a lot of other reviews said it took them hours upon hours to set up because it only took my husband and I one hour. The instructions are descent to follow although I wish they would have showed us weather the screen & curtains went inside or outside of the poles. This gazebo checks all the boxes, Sturdiness was my main concern and it DEF is that for sure. The poles are thicker than any other Gazebo I looked at online and they truly are in person. I still may put some concrete bricks underneath to screw it down as I live in Florida and would hate for it to blow away in a hurricane. OVERALL, I AM IN LOVEEE WITH IT! I can relax and hang out with the kids by the pool without the Florida sun killing me. The only tiny issue was we had a couple small pieces missing but let me tell you how AMAZING this company was....I emailed them, and before I knew it the pieces were delivered at my door. I cannot say enough about this gazebo and the seller. If you are like me and overanalyze and spend months searching around for things like this and obsessing over the reviews, I promise you choose this one. you will not be disappointed. THANK YOU to the seller and amazon :)

5-STARS all the way. It’s says it takes 3 to assemble but me and my husband had it up in less than an hour. Though directions weren’t super specific, the pictures where easy to follow. We weren’t missing any parts and even had a few bolts left over for safe keeping. The net and the canopy are really good quality for the price. An added bonus is that the top part of the canopy has netting on it too so bugs can’t get in. Love it! Highly recommend screwing it to a deck or using tie downs as the wind will catch it. But will recommend this to ANYONE!

For under $250 this is amazing! I have it over my inflatable hot tub and it gives a lot of privacy and seems to be very good quality. I love it!. It took a couple of hours to put together, and 2 people (3 at times). Bolt it down or weigh it by tying sand bags to the legs immediately. Mine got pushed around in a wind storm before I could tie it down and the brackets got bent, however it was an easy fix.
