Really needed a sturdy shade that looked good in the back yard. Definitely need more than 2 people to fully assemble. I was disappointed that a few pieces were dented right out of the box. We waited to build this when our friends came down to visit. Just in case we could not do it on our own & I don’t regret that call. It is lovely now that we have it up in the yard. I’m legit in my hammock chair with the wife writing this review. My pit bull & 2 indoor cats also love it.

Fabric canopy ripped within one year. Manufacturer doesn’t offer just a replacement canopy.

Although the item was boxed there needs to be more protections added. The poles were dented and had scratches on them. Also the color says gray, but it looks more like a blue than anything. Too much of a hassle to return. So we still have to keep it, but am totally not satisfied.

Stage the parts before putting it together and it will go smoothly. Very sturdy and the retractable shade is super for our windy location!
