Assembly wasn’t the greatest only because the instructions were limited and mostly photos which were hard to follow (and showed a different model bike). For the price point this is a fantastic bike. Seat is alright, but for discomfort you can always swap it out for one more comfortable. It handles well and for someone that isn’t a big biker this suited my needs to be able and ride some trails with my son if we wanted to.
