The issue with this pool is that the T joints do not connect properly and the support poles have no connector pins. In order to actually set it up without it continuously collapsing, I had to duct tape every T joint and pole. Once I got it filled, it seems to be holding up with no issues. For the price...its a good investment but the design needs improvement. I shouldn't have had to duct tape all the poles. Other than that, I am happy with the overall setup. ... show more

This is the second time I bought this pool...both time leakes/empties after one day if being filled... horrible product...both times same issue...poles we're bent and we had to unbend them manually...very bad pool and no way to contact seller directly...first pool worked for one year then leaked and this one leaked immediately after being set up. ... show more

    • Pool pump stopped working
The pool is great but the pump quit working within a week of putting the pool up. Also not good for the size pool we purchased. And they wanted me to return the whole pool to get a replacement pump. Sorry but I'm not emptying 2000+ gallons of water I pay for to get another crappy pump.

    • Would be a great pool but it leaks.
This is a nice pool for the price but it has a leak. I’ve cannot find a hole so it has to be in one of the the seams. It loses about an inch of water within approximately every 8 hours which in turn floods that area of the ground and causes the poles to start sinking. There is no place to simply email and ask for a replacement or refund without attempting to rebox it, which I know I cannot do. I do not recommend this company. ... show more
