We bought this tent (the size that is big enough for 3 or 4) to sit in at an outdoor event that started in the late afternoon on what turned out to be a 100° day. After a little practice, it was easy to set up and take down in just a few minutes. It actually took longer to get it back in the bag than it took to collapse it. Once it was up, we found it to be very sturdy and solid. It didn't lean or collapse or blow around, though there was not a strong wind when we used it so I can't exactly speak to what happens in the wind. The blue color is really nice. We bought some matching low, shirt-legged beach chairs to go with it and two fit nicely under the shade part of the tent and we could still see out. We decided that we could probably also sit in a regular sized (not short legs) folding chair under the shady part and still see out. There is sufficient room under the ceiling of this tent for two people to be completely out of the sun so you dont have to get sunburnt. There are three zipper windows that we unzipped to let a breeze circulate inside. We also bought an 8" camping fan. Next time we use this I will probably buy a second fan so we each have one The inside of the tent has pockets to put keys and cell phones or other things you want to keep off the ground. We did find a shady spot to set up so the sun was not directly on us. Despite 100° heat and high humidity, we were comfortable enough to enjoy the event, and we were happy we had spent the money to buy this. Just, BTW, though I am not a camping kind of person, two people with blankets or sleeping bags could sleep nicely inside this tent, and maybe even two small pets. The "front porch" of this tent is plasticized to keep moisture from the ground from gettin on you, and it zips up. The "window " flaps zip up so you could be complete enclosed. We were pleased with this purchase.

Well I bought this for our trip to San Diego for the beach, took it out the box and had it set up within minutes! taking it down is fairly easy and having common sense to do so lol. Im 5"10 235 lbs I fit it in perfectly along my 9 yr old son and 2 yr old and wife.Pops up easily and instructions are sewed on the inside of the case that holds the tent. I like how it can zip up for privacy and as well the windows have some coverings to so you can change if needed to. It's really light weight which is a big plus to carry on to the beach. has some stakes to put in the ground along with 4 or so bags attached to the tent itself to fill with sand so the tent won't blow away. Overall great buy. Update September 1st, 2024. Finally used it at Pacifice Beach on a windy evening, it held up just as expected. it was cold out but being inside the tent wasn't so bad, as it was warm. with a blanket. I'd definitely recommend buying one

I absolutely loved this tent!! It held up and blocked the sun meanwhile keeping us cool!! There was plenty of room inside and easy to set up and put back! Easy to carry too!! I loveee this!! And i believe u can use for camping or other reasons too!!

I bought this for some shade at the race track and it fits the bill. Easy to set up and used the cooler and other weight to hold it down on the asphalt. It was very hot that day and with limited air flow it was really hot in the tent. I love the light weight (4.4 pounds) and small enough to fit in my sports car. Let’s see how it holds up after multiple beach trips this summer. Set up wasn’t bad but just be patient. So far worth the money.

I have cancer and am taking chemo. My doctor said to be careful in the sun as the chemo makes me much more sensitive. We bought this tent for our beach vacation for extra protection. It did it's job wonderfully! I stayed in the shade and never got sunburned. All the windows/ openness make for great ventilation and it never got super stuffy. The larger open front allowed me to still talk to/ be part of the group. It was super easy to set up and take down. I could do it by myself if I needed to. We also got caught in a rain storm- heavy rain and lots of wind. (Second pic was the tent all closed up once the rain had calmed down.) My son sat inside with everything closed up and stayed perfectly dry. The tent was so sturdy and stable. It definitely got tested but held up perfectly! I also got several compliments on the tent. I probably looked at hundreds of options before purchasing this one. I'm so glad this was the one I picked! Awesome product! Would definitely purchase again!

The ease of use when opening is easy. But I had to read the instructions and look at the pictures to figure out how to fold it back. The value of money is good in my opinion. It serves its purpose! Good quality and I love the option to zip it up when you need more privacy.
