Purchased this on 5/25/23 with order set to deliver between 6/2/23 to 6/9/23. It was a surprise that it showed up on 5/28/23! Super fast shipping. My picture is not of the furniture, instead I am showing you the three tools that made the build process easier. Yes, it was time consuming to put together, these items will speed up the time it takes. 3/8 wrench fits nicely on the nuts and the T30 star head in my Dewalt 6 inch drive guide fit in the allen head bolts. The furniture comes with “tools” to put together but the “wrench” is double sided and after a few times of struggling to get it to hold, then realizing I was using the wrong side, I knew I had to find something else. The 3/8 held the nut on one side, then I used the T30 in my drill to tighten. The drive guide comes in handy in tight spots where there are metal bars and the drill can’t get close enough to connect with the part I was screwing. Have a couple of small flashlights available. Black furniture, black bolts, and small dark recessed areas basically equal not being able to see. When attaching the arms, I found it handy to have a puck light on the inside of the arm, and a flashlight on the other side where the bolt head was. DO NOT TIGHTEN EACH BOLT AS YOU PUT IT IN. Wait until you have them all put in, and the pieces aligned properly. I tightened the inside arm bolts first, then the edges near where the feet go to keep the pieces aligned. Then went one by one until all were tightened. I read this in a review and I’m glad I listened. ok, now for what I think of it all put together. Very sturdy and nice looking. Both my husband and I sat on the chairs, ottomans and couch comfortably. It is lower than my previous loveseat, but on unusually low. Everything arrives in two boxes, on 80 lbs and one 66 lbs. Big boxes for sure! Cushions are compressed in clear bags and pieces were stored inside the arm compartments. I ordered turquoise and received turquoise for the chairs but blue for the couch. I contacted seller and within a couple hours new turquoise couch cushions were on the way. I realized after I checked my email that the seller knew they shipped the wrong color and had reached out to me before I received the order to let me know. Great customer service! The only thing that I find curious are the feet that attach to the couch. They fit on the corner and there is an extra hole for a bolt right next to the edge. Because these are all smaller pieces bolted together, it’s seems like a foot should be longer in the front and span the two connected pieces. You can see what I mean in the picture of the foot. Note that the pics of the furniture are with my old cushions, not the cushions that come with it. Mine are bigger and don’t fit as well. Once the new turquoise covers arrive I will swap them out. I am so glad that I purchased this! I would highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic set of rattan poolside/patio furniture...for the price. To be clear, this is a $500ish set of assemble-yourself furniture...NOT a $1500 premium, assembled set that you bought from a specialty rattan retailer. For the price you pay, you get an attractive and comfortable set of furniture you can be proud to offer your friends and family when they visit. It feels sturdy and is powder-coated steel (albeit a bit thinner than premium sets), so hopefully I'll get 5-7 years of rust-free use before having to buy my next set. The seating position is a bit upright, as has been mentioned in other reviews. But in combination with the ottomans, the chairs are perfectly comfortable for lounging, and excellent for conversation. The cushions are 4 inches of foam, so plenty comfortable for outdoor furniture. Assembly, while being very easy from a technical standpoint, was a bear for a solo assembler like me (and would probably be only marginally easier with two). The instructions were fine, there are just A LOT of bolts to tighten, and a few are not easy to get to. But again, when you buy a $500 set of furniture that needs to be assembled, you know this will be the case going in. If it wasn't for all those bolts, it wouldn't be sturdy. Having read the description and looked at the pictures before I decided to buy, I am very pleased with this set and would purchase it again. It looks great as a replacement for my old set, which was beginning to rust. It feels sturdy and is plenty comfortable to meet my needs. FOR THE PRICE, it would be hard to beat this set, in my opinion.

After my wife and I spent about 8 total hours shopping in stores and online, comparing patio sets, reading reviews, and figuring out what exactly we wanted, we made a decision to go with this set. I personally read almost every review with a large majority being this is the best product for your $$ and is highly recommended. From ordering to shipment was almost 2 weeks. This is shipped in 3 separate boxes all unassembled. The couch box weighs about 70lbs and the other 2 are between 50-60lbs. The directs to assemble are terrible and it is not the easiest to assemble which is the reason for the 2 stars on assembly. You get a single sheet of paper with directions. Multiple size bolts and washers, all of which look the same on the paper, so you have to figure out what is what. It took about 3 hours myself to assemble the couch, and 2 hours for the chairs. As of writing this, the ottomans just shipped this morning and wont be in for a few days. Hoping those are much easier to assemble. When you put the items together, dont tighten the screws until they are all in and hand tight on the piece you are actively working on. Otherwise it will not line up and you will have to reloosen the other bolts. The pillows are in their covers but the cushions come vacuum packed with covers that you will need to put on. I would suggest letting the cushions sit for 48 hours before putting the covers on them so they can fully expand. Cushions are about 3" thick but not very dense. Room for improvement on those. Once fully assembled, everything seems very sturdy and is fairly comfortable. We also added a propane fire place to complete the set. Highly recommend! The blue cushions are a little darker than they look in the stock photos.
