We ordered two sets. On the first set, the part listed as B, had pre-drilled holes that didn't line up with the next piece. It was the very first chair we tried to assemble so our confidence was extremely low that we'd keep any. However, we continued assembly and found that all of the other 3 chairs, and both tables, were fine. I reached out to customer service and asked for a replacement part B. They got right on it and sent, not one, but two. Turns out that was a smart move because the first replacement piece we tried had the exact same issue but the second was perfect. Assembly is challenging for two older adults with not much mechanical skill and the tools they provided are typical substandard pieces. But with our own tools and patience, we now have a beautiful set that is solid. I love how the cushions are zippered for easy removal and washing.     • Not easy to put together
Good product but the issue is assembly. If you have power tools it’ll take you about 90 minutes to put all the items together without power tools you’re looking at 2 to 3 hours. This is a two person job.

Overall happy with the product. They are affordable and look nice. The build quality is kinda lacking, the weave will sometimes go over the parts where the screw has to insert. The quality of the screws themselves weren't great, it's an Allen wrench head so they were stripping like crazy even with the tool provided. One of the metal pieces meant for allowing the rocking was bent, my husband finagled it so it would line up. And one of the table end screws (for the table leveling) came only partially inserted and we realized why, it wouldn't screw in. We were going to email them for it but when we placed it outside on the concrete and took that leveling screw out it was ok. Overall happy with it and it gives us a nice place to sit on the patio. Requires 2 people to assemble but overall wasn't a bad assembly process. It's lightweight so you can build it inside and easily carry it outside if you wanted.
